 There was a time I did not understand how my life came to be

But when I met you, it was as if fate brought us together

You taught me the wonders of your world, as I did to you

You showed me the burdens you carried

As I unraveled myself and you hugged me to sleep

There was no time for us to fight our invisible battles

Yet we still stayed with each other through everything

So I dedicate this to you the light of my life,

That for whatever lifetime is waiting for us
