𝐰𝐞𝐥𝐥,𝐟𝐮𝐜𝐤~𝔪𝔞𝔱𝔱𝔥𝔢𝔬 𝔯𝔦𝔡𝔡𝔩𝔢

•𝑡ℎ𝑒 𝑛𝑒𝑤 𝑠𝑡𝑢𝑑𝑒𝑛𝑡𝑠•

I walk down the hall following Hagrid through the school that is way too large for me to remember.

I might get lost in here one day...I mean I'm not complaining you never know what you will find in a place like this.

The sound of children laughing and talking filled the halls.The closer we got the louder the sound could be heard.

Nervous started to pool in my stomach and I started fidgeting with the sleeve of my top taking deep breaths.

I hear a deep old voice that I recognize as Dumbledore telling the children to quiet down.

We were now standing in front of the large doors that lead to the great hall.He told the students inside all the things that needed to be announced for the upcoming term and then he said the words I dreaded.

"Now we are going to welcome our new student."He says loudly as the doors start to open.

The first thing I see is 4 rows filled with students staring at me.Whisper starts to spread as I walk down the hall people following my every move.

I reach the front of the large hall and Dumbledore gestures for me to stand next to him on stage.I take a deep breath before making my way on stage and standing next to him scanning the hall.

"This is our new student y/n Sinclair and she is here to write a documentary on Hogwarts."He makes up a excuse.

"I trust you all to welcome her here with open arms and keep hogwards name high for her documentary so i want all of you to be on your best behavior."He says to the children continuing with the lie.

"You can take a seat at any table Miss Sinclair."He says gesturing to the large tables that were filled with students but each table had a different color to it.Red,Green,Yellow  and Blue.Which must be the four houses of hogwards I was told about.

Before I was able to make my way down the stage a child about my age sticks his hand high up into the sky to ask a question.

"Yes Neville."Dumbledore says.

"Isn't she supposed to get sorted into her house?" Neville asks curiously.

"No she will not be attending classes."Dumbledore answers.The hall breaks out into whispers of confusion.

I walk through the middle row where I entered and took a seat at the back of the table that was on my right students eyes still locked on mine.The table was filled with multiple children in blue ties.

I sat down keeping my distance not knowing anyone as Dumbeldore informs the students that the feast can begin.I didn't feel hungry so I just sat and admired the great hall trying to avoid eye contact with all the curious eyes that where still looking at me.

"Hi I'm Luna Lovegood."I quit voice says grabbing my attention.

"Hey I'm y/n."I say back in a friendly voice.

"So do you like to write,you know cause your writing a documentary about the school."she asks in a shy voice.

"Uh yeah I do actually."I reply.I mean I wasn't lying I did enjoy writing.

"That's lovely im a big fan of writing myself."She says back.

We ended up in a conversation and she was actually a really nice an gentle person.We shared the love of books and writing

She even told me about the school telling me important and useful information plus the history of the old mysterious school to get me "going" on my documentary.

It was nice understanding and knowing more about the school and everything made much more sense.

She told me about the 4 houses and what was required to get into them,even spilling a bit tea that was going on between the different houses.

It was fascinating how different this world is from the human world or should I say "muggle" world.Its interesting to think that one planet has 2 such different worlds on it.

She introduced me to a couple of other people at the table and all of them were really nice and welcoming.

An hour later dinner was over and all the students headed to their dorms.I stayed back and has a quick conversation with McGonagall about when my first class starts.

By the time we were done the hall was empty.She headed through the back which leaves me to find my way back to my room...which I had no idea where It was.

I quickly made my way down the halls trying my best to remember where I came from.I walked into a random hallway and heard faint whispers and...moans.

I headed in the direction of the sound in hope to find someone who can guide me to the way to my room.

I turn around the corner to see that students were kissing or well making out.The guy had the girl pind to the wall as they made out roughly.This is going to be a pain in my ass but it's the best option I had.

"Hi excuse me could I ask you guys for directions im kinda lost and your my only option."I ask.They straight up ignored me continuing with what they where doing.

"Um excuse me."I tap the guy's shoulder since his back was faced toward me.He turned around annoyed.The girl was breathing deeply looking over the guy's shoulder.

"Oh fuck it's the new kid."She chuckles while smirking.The guy just looked ahead of him backing up to giving the girl some space.It was hard to see their faces due to the lights being out only a dim candle in the distance.

"Yeah I'm sorry to interrupt your...thing but I got lost and was wondering If you could show me where the forbidden hallway."I ask awkwardly.

"Yeah sure it's around the corner and then turn to see where I give a fuck."She says putting on an innocent face smiling sarcastically.

"Ok pansy not the time."The guys deep voice says.I look up to see the him leaning against the wall looking down at me.From what I could tell he had white hair that was messed up and pale skin.

"Ok it's not my fault she interrupted us Draco."She says rolling her eyes annoyed.

"Come on I'll show you the way."The guy says and started walking through the empty hallway.I follow him as the girl cursed behind me.

I follow him through the dark hallway passing multiple doors as the hallways became more recognizable.

We finally reached the entrance of the forbidden hallway as I sigh in relief.

"Uh Thanks I think I know the rest of the way."I say making him stop in his tracks.

"Good do you need me to show you the way again or are u going to use your dumb fucking brain to remember."He says turning to meet my eyes annoyed.

"Uh wow you were really getting to a point when I interrupted you and you're little girlfriend there."I say jokingly.

He just stayed silent leaning against the wall.Dame does the dude have back problems because he leads against walls a lot , it's concerning-

I role my eyes walk to my room hearing his footsteps get more faded as he disappears into the dark hallway.

I get the keys out of my pocket and open the door to see the room I now call home.I lock the door behind me and fall on my bed with a sigh thinking about the day.

After a while of being in thought I decided to take a shower.I had a small bathroom to my own next to the living room.It was small but it worked with only a shower,sink and toilet.

After my shower I got dressed and fell asleep dozing off as the comfy bed sheets drowns me.
