thinking out loud

Phoebe was really having fun with Joe on the dance floor. For the first time since they arrived at the wedding today, she was able to take her mind completely off her family as Joe and she moved side by side together to the music.

Joe spun her in countless pirouettes, making her laugh the entire time, while Phoebe felt transported back to the night at the club where the two had met. She wondered what would have happened if she hadn't lied to him then. Would they then perhaps not be here as just a pretend couple, as Sam had claimed?

She pushed that thought away. No one could turn back time. But as much fun as she was having with Joe today, she still wished she had that power. Simply to change their start.

Joe was a great guy. He had protected her from her family. Talked her up when her mother had called her a slut and even managed to expose her oh-so-great stepsister by exposing her lie.

Phoebe could kiss him to death with joy. Well, she had already thanked him a bit with a blowjob. God, how arousing that had been, there in the library, with the risk that they might be caught.

Thinking about it, Phoebe hadn't even noticed that the DJ had suddenly started a slow song and Joe had pulled Phoebe to him. It wasn't until she banged against his muscular chest that she snapped out of her thoughts.

"You don't mind if I ask for this dance, do you?" Joe smiled at her and put his arms around her waist. "Of course not" Phoebe smiled back and put her hands around Joe's neck as together they matched the rhythm of Ed Sheeran's "thinking out loud".

"Watch out, spin" grinning, Joe took Phoebe's hand and spun her away from him before spinning her back around and pulling her close. Phoebe giggled as she placed her hand on Joe's chest and smiled at him from below.

"You really are a good dancer" she winked at him before wrapping her hands around his neck again. Overcome by the emotion of the moments, the other couples around her long forgotten by Phoebe, she stood on tiptoes and pulled Joe down to her.

She noticed him grin as her lips met his. His hands slipped slightly and rested on Phoebe's butt as his tongue pressed greedily against Phoebe's lips.

She smiled, thereby giving him enough room to allow his tongue access into her mouth. Without deviating from the rhythm of the music, the two moved their bodies pressed together as their tongues played around each other.

Only when the song ended they disengaged from each other and grinned before breaking into soft laughter. "Tell me, how long do we have to stay at this wedding?" Joe murmured seductively in her ear.

Phoebe giggled before lightly punching him in the arm. "Joe Burrow, you're always thinking about one thing" she grinned. "Well after that action just now definitely" he winked at her.

Phoebe laughed out before getting serious again. "We should stick around for a bit" she explained with a shrug. Joe sighed. "Well, I'll just have to think about it a little longer instead of actually doing it" he pouted with a laugh.

they were still dancing to a few songs when suddenly Hillary came sprinting up to them out of nowhere and grabbed her daughter by the arm. "That's it, you're coming with me right now" she yanked Phoebe out of Joe's arms and pulled her after her.

Phoebe, a bit overwhelmed at her mother's sudden attack, stumbled awkwardly after her as she held out her hand for Joe, who quickly grabbed it and followed the two women.

"Mother, you're hurting me. Can you let go of me already?" Phoebe sneered at her mother, trying to free herself from the far too tight grip on her arm, but failed.

Just before the stone stairs, Hillary stopped and put her hands on her hips. By now it was dusk and all the paths of the huge garden were lit with small lanterns, which Phoebe would have totally admired, surely, if she didn't have to run her hands over the aching red spot on her arm caused by her mother's firm grip.
