"Can't wait." Dontae said, his voice laced with sarcasm.

Terricka chuckled and said, "It's going to be fun."

"Fun?"

"Its going to be interesting." She said, as she caressed the side of his face.

The two had been on good terms for a week now. Since the little misunderstanding, Dontae gave her some half ass explanation and she accepted it.

She decided to just take his word, let it go, and forget about it.

It was the less mental mind fucking decision for her.

And now, they're here.

He decided to make it up to her and come down for three days. He of course got a hotel at first, figuring that it was too early for the sleep overs, but Terricka insisted he save his money and just stay with her.

And if he was uncomfortable, he could just sleep on her couch.

Of course he wasn't going to be uncomfortable.

"Right."

"At least...." She said before pausing.

"At least what?" He said, as he wrapped his arms around her waist.

"At least you get to meet my friends—well my close friends and my family."

"I've met them already."

Terricka cheesed and said, "Thats even better, at least someone you know will be there, plus me."

"I guess, its not like I have a choice." He joked.

"Exactly."

"You're going to make me wear matching fits too?"

"No, color coordinated fits."

"Right...." He said, not completely believing her.

"I have to pick out my fit from now if we want to be early."

"Ok.." He said, as he slowly removed his hands from around Terricka.

"Wait, wait." She said, as she wrapped his arms back around her, "I didn't say right now."

Dontae laughed and said, "So what does "from now" mean to you?"

"From now means in a moment, I'm comfy right now." She said, as she snuggled up against his chest.

"Terry."

"Okay fine." Terricka said as she got up.

"How many dinners there going to have anyway? I swear this is like the 5th one."

"Well, when they first got engaged, it was a dinner that was already planned pre engagement. The second one was like a celebration I guess, and this one is the actual engagement dinner."
