"That's it for today, but make sure to read all 5 chapters and analyze them before next class!" Derek tells us.

Everyone starts packing up but I stay seated. I pretend to still be writing but I'm really just trying to spy on Addison. I notice her walking over to Derek.

"Hi Mr. Shepherd.." Addison flirts.

"Montgomery." Derek nods and continues writing on his computer.

"Have you thought more about what we talked about yesterday?" she says.

I snap my head up, listening carefully.

"No, and I thought I made myself very clear yesterday." he says.

"Did you? Sorry, I wasn't really listening. It's hard to focus when I'm looking at such a fine man as you." she smirks and starts playing with his tie.

Derek pushes her hand away and sighs. He stands up and puts a hand on her back, leading her towards the door. "Miss Montgomery I'm saying this one last time and if you don't listen I'm gonna have to take you out of this class. I am not interested in you and your behavior towards me is rather inappropriate and making me very uncomfortable."

Addison stares at him in shock. "You can't be serious."

"I'm very serious. Now leave before I physically have to push you out of this room." he says. She scoffs in disbelief and turns on her heel. "Asshole.." I hear her mutter. Derek closes the door and leans back against it while closing his eyes and sighing deeply.

"I'm a bit surprised that you didn't let her fuck you." I say out of nowhere making Derek jump in surprise.

"Shit! Meredith you scared me! I didn't know you were still here.."

I shrug. "I'm invisible to most people."

"That's not true." he says. He locks the door and walks over to his chair. He sits down and pats his lap wanting me to come.

I roll my eyes. "I'm not a pet Derek."

He chuckles "You are real feisty today aren't you? Come on-" he pats again "I want to hold you."

I think about it for a second but then finally walk over. I sit down bridal style in his lap and he wraps his arms around me. We look at each other. He tilts his head and smiles his dreamy smile. I giggle and lean in, giving him a quick kiss on his cheek.

"You're so pretty Meredith." he says and strokes my hair.

"You're prettier." I mumble while starting to kiss his neck. He chuckles at my statement. The chuckle turns into a groan as I suck on a particular spot on his neck. I begin sucking harder.

I frown at him, feeling slightly hurt. "You'd rather have Addison wouldn't you?" I look down.

"Who?" he asks confused.

"Oh really?" I raise my brow.

"Meredith what's going on?"

I sigh. "I think I'm...jealous.." I mumble the last part. He chuckles. "Why? There's no need for you to be." he says and pulls me closer.

"But what were you two talking about at lunch yesterday then??"

"We were talking about how she was failing English- or well- I was talking about it, she was mostly talking about herself and bragging about her money."

"But you- you made her laugh?" I stutter.

"I told her that her behavior lately had just earned her a first warning and that she needed to cut it out."

"She found a warning funny?"

"Yeah, yesterday I thought she had completely lost it but apparently she wasn't even listening to what I was saying so now I just find her rude."

"But she has lost it as well, she's flirting with a man that isn't hers." I mutter angrily.

"Meredith Grey you're so sexy when you're jealous.." he smirks.

"Hmm, how about some jealous sex tonight then." I wrap my arms around his neck.

"You have school tomorrow."

"I make my own priorities."

"Oh really?" he smirks.

"Yes, and we can just drive in early tomorrow."
