"Here you are guys, do you want me to come with you?" I said as I stopped the car in front of the candy store in the city, "yes thanks" the two jumped out of the car and I turned off the car: "hey what's that?" asked Skid pointing to a nearby house, "I think it's a haunted house, let's go" before I could say anything the two children had escaped inside the house.
Since I had nothing better to do I decided to enter the shop since an old friend of mine also worked there: "Hey Kevin" I opened the door and found my friend at the counter fixing some things, "(Y\N)? we haven't seen each other for a long time how are you?", "as usual" I replied, "do you still live with your parents?" I nodded, he waved me back into the shop and handed me a cigarette. "When did you start smoking?" I asked seeing him take a cigarette for him too and light it, "let's say my boyfriend has given me the habit" he said to me, I looked at him and smiled, "do you have a boyfriend? this is so gay", "shut up, he's a good person and then, you too know very well that I'm not the one who falls in love you weirdos, Do you remember when you pretended to be in love with the boy who pretended to be a zombie, just to get attention?" I put a hand to my face and huffed, "I told you to stop with that man, it was almost 10 years ago" he laughed taking another puff on his cigarette; before we were inseparable and we knew everything about each other, i was the first one he had comig out with as gay, knowing I would support him without problems.
"And you? Do you have a partner?" he asked me when he finished smoking, "not really, you know how I am and that very few people want to be with me", "I can't blame them" he jokingly nudged me as he opened the door for me to go back into the shop, just at that moment Skid and Pump entered smiling and Kevin seemed to shiver: "hello Kevin, did you meet our new friend?" said Pump approaching the counter, "wait, do you know these two?" Kevin asked me, "yes, I brought them here", "no no no go away, you only bring trouble" he began to slowly push the two out of the shop, "but Kevin-", "nothing but kids, when you're here it seems something strange is happening" i went close to my friend and put a hand on his shoulder, "calm down", "No (Y\N) you have no idea what they did to me, they brought me drugs and attacked me with a doll, these two only bring problems" a shadow darkened the window; oh no...
Kevin and I looked at the window, "see? this is a problem" I took a step back seeing Bob through the glass before he entered the shop: Skid and Pump followed Kevin who started to back away with me, "you know him? why was he following you?" asked kevin to the two confused children, "I didn't see him, was he following us?", "I think it's also a little bit my fault" I said seeing that Bob's menacing gaze had rested on me as he gripped his weapons.
Luckily Kevin activated a machine which dropped some candy which distracted Bob and we managed to exit the shop without anyone getting hurt, "we just want some candy" Kevil quickly gave them a box of candy and the two of me ran off happy, "see ?Now I have a serial killer in my shop" Kevin covered his face with his hands while I stood there scared: I was having a panic attack, he had really followed me, I couldn't let him do anything to Skid and Pump;
"Sorry man but I really have to run" I said quickly as I ran to the car and started it up, then drove off.
