"why are you making it a big deal" I said to my mother as we were having a conversation about the grade dropping down to a 'b', ever since my dad died my mother has been harsh and expected the impossible, and anything less wasn't enough.

"im not having this conversation anymore" I said walking up to my room, slamming the door behind me before throwing myself onto my bed. I grabbed my remote from my nightstand next to my bed and turned on Netflix, I sat up from my bed and slowly stretched out until my feet met the floor walking along my bedroom to my vanity getting my wash routine stuff and my towel, going into the shower.

As I turned the shower off I heard my phone get a notification, as I walked out the bathroom going to my closet grabbing my night clothes to wear before bed, as I was changing I heard another notification, I thought to check it after getting changed.

I frowned as I noticed he didn't respond back so I turned my phone off before grabbing my 'Roku' remote turning on spotify playing 𝗺𝗶𝘀𝘀𝗶𝗻 𝗼𝘂𝘁 by 𝗕𝗿𝗲𝗻𝘁 𝗙𝗮𝗶𝘆𝗮𝘇.
I picked up my school bag from the corner of my room and pulled out my paper and study books. I grabbed my glasses that were on the left side next to my phone after placing them down I started to write my notes for revision.
