Xavier bows and Edith claps enthusiastically both Lana and Cecily are looking at him with scowl.

In the play Xavier was Sven and proceeded to attack the snow monster — Cecily and her army— Lana. He had won, taking a plot twist to the original ending of them becoming friends.

"So what do you think ?" Xavier kneeled down beside Edith really wanting to know her answer

Edith smiled, "really good! Even Beans liked it!" She held up the scowling lion stuffy.

"Is that so?" Xavier said giddy she had named the stuffy. It made him happier on top of seeing her smile.

Edith nodded conforming the answer.

Cecily plopped down beside Edith, exhausted from the play. She kissed Edith's forehead gently, "I'm glad you liked it." She glared at Xavier who smirked in return.

Lana settled down beside them with a sigh, "me too."

The door bursting open made everyone jump up.
Max and AJ were sweating and panting as they came in.

"Your majesty, there's an emergency in the south region." AJ rushed out.

Cecily's eyes were wide, she stood up instantly but a small hand held her back.

Everyone froze seeing Cecily was about to leave only to stop because of Edith.

Edith's eyebrows were furrowed but she bit her lip from saying anything.

"Xavier?" Cecily said looking away, "could you take care of it."

Xavier smiled at Cecily for the first time, "on it boss." Still with his antlers on he left.

Lana sighed, "I guess that's my cue as well see you lady's later. Don't want Xavier to mess up the paper work."

Max and AJ followed behind.

"Thank you for staying," Edith said softly.

Cecily sat down beside, "of course I'd stay with you. How can I leave you like this."

She cradled her in her lap.

Edith snuggled deeper into her embrace feeling warm. "Still. Thank you." She mumbled.

"Aww my sweet girl," Cecily cooed, she patted her back in suiting motion. "Do we need a change cupcake?"

Edith wiggled way from her hand that was sliding down to her bumb.
"No..?" She said in barely audible voice.

With a simple pat Cecily knew Edith did need a change. "Come on stinky bumb."

Cecily picked Edith up making the little groan and pout as she gave her a quick change into a dry nappy

Smoothing her tutu back down, Cecily put her on the ground. "You feeling better?"

Edith shrugged. Still being in her shell because she was in big head space and diaper changes only made it worst.

Cecily smiled getting and idea. "How about we see Jacques!"

"I'm too tired to walk," Edith said looking longingly at the door, "everything ache."

Gently Cecily picked her up and laid her against her chest, careful of her injuries, "well then I'll carry you silly."

"But-"

Running her warm hand over her back Cecily shushed her.

They walked down the stairs and into the kitchen.
"What do you want to-" Cecily stopped frozen, both her Edith watching wide eyed.
