"Why is he here now?" YN's dad's words made her freeze in the living room. She slowly turned to him, fidgeting with her fingers nervously. "I thought you got rid of him already," Her mom continued and she was just looking back and forth at them, couldn't able to say anything. It was only a few seconds before Hoseok left the place and she felt like she was trapped inside a cage with her parent's words."Speak up," her father demanded and she flustered her eyes before speaking up with some courage. "W-we are together, we still love each other," she said, not meeting any of their eyes. The sockets of her eyes were getting wet with some warm tears and she was holding them for her dear life.
"You are wasting your life over such a guy. You think you will be happy after your wedding?" Her dad spoke and she found no words to reply to him. They were always right, and she had nothing to demand more.
"You are making it hell, YN. You are going to suffer when he just throws you out like trash," Her mom says and YN was shaking her head no. "No, mom. He would never do that to me," Now her tears were painting her cheeks, making their way to her neck. She always wants them to understand him and how much he loves her. She wants to make them understand that she will be happy but she doesn't know how.
"You are such a fool. Can't believe you are so stubborn about that wastrel." Her dad says and she was already running towards her dad, hugging him, because no way to convince him. "Please, I-I can't live without him, he loves me so much. You would see that, Appa," she says and he sighed at how she was saying the same thing ever again.
"What is she?" Her dad mumbled, looking at his wife. "Let her suffer, she will understand us," she says and her mom was already marching towards their room. YN, who was still bawling her eyes out on her father's chest was pushed away, holding her shoulders. Her half-opened teary eyes were looking at her dad with so much belief.
"Look at you," he said, staring at his daughter in pity. "You have never cried this bad for something," he says and she could only cry more. She closed her face with her palms and cried more, only to make her father sigh heavily. "Go, sleep," he said, stepping towards his bedroom. She stood there, still crying, doesn't know how to convince her parents any day. She really wished they could understand him.
"Waiting outside," Hoseok texted YN and leaned on the wall next to her class, waiting for her to come out. As soon as she received the text from him, she replied to him back. "5 minutes, please," she waited impatiently for the class to get over with. As soon as the class ends, she ran outside with her stuff, only to see her love waiting for her to see today.
"Hobi," she smiled, standing in front of him, clutching her bag. His beaming hearty smile displayed on his face faded as soon as he stared at her face. His face was painted with concern as he cupped her cheeks. "Babe, didn't you sleep last night?"
She sighed when he noticed her red eyes and puffy cheeks. She was crying all night thinking about her future with him. "D-did you cry?" he questioned, cupping her cheeks even more. The people that were crossing them were looking at them but they both didn't mind anything about their surroundings.
"N-no," she shook her head, lying to him but she couldn't stop herself from saying the truth. "I talked with them, Hobi. They seem like not agreeing at all. What should I do?" she raised her doe eyes to meet his concerned ones. He sighed so badly before pulling her into a bear hug. "If they didn't today, they will agree tomorrow. Is that why you cried? Stupid," he stroked her hair with his long fingers.
"You just don't understand," she said, snuggling more into him. "Can I come to your house with my mom?" he questioned, and she was already shaking her head as a no, looking at him. "Not now, but you can. Maybe after my graduation?" she said and he chuckled, staring back at her.
"Sure, now let's go already," he said and her eyebrows squinted. "To where? I still have classes," she said and he clicked his tongue. "I booked movie tickets. If you don't want to watch it, I will cancel," he said and her eyes widened. "How would I say no?" she said, holding his hand before dragging them towards his car.
He giggled all the way, staring at her little figure.
"It's already started," she whispered, looking at the low-number of audience in the theatre. He was guiding her towards their seats and they sat in one of the corners with no people around. "You are so bad, Hobi," she giggled, looking around. "I know" handing over the popcorn, they watched the movie.
It was not even a few minutes, YN rested her head on Hoseok's shoulder, watching the movie. He didn't talk much with her as she was feeling sleepy. He felt her sleeping silently on his shoulder and he decided not to wake her up as she didn't sleep much at the night. He wondered how in the hell she fell for him in the first place. He wondered what his life would be now if she hasn't come to him.
Even though his eyes were on the big screen, his mind didn't stop thinking about her.
He felt her snuggle his arm with hers, sleeping more comfortably and he gave her more space to rest on. His eyes fell on her fingers that were wrapping him. That's when he noticed something on her finger, making him look at it closely. His heartbeat pounding fast when he noticed his first letter on her ring finger, making him wonder when did she get this little tattoo.
"Babe," he tapped her cheek lightly, trying to make her see him. "YN, look at me," he said, holding her finger gently, still staring at the beautiful tattoo. She sleepily stared back at him with her half-opened eyes. "When did you get this?" he asked, and she noticed where he was looking at.
"This," she grinned, showing it proudly to him. "Early morning. Is it nice?" she asked, and her puffy face was looking so beautiful with her smile.
He was left speechless.
How much she could love him more?
How much she could devote herself?
Crying all night and the next day she was with the tattoo on his name, making him wonder what did he even do in his past life to deserve such a girl for him.
Saying nothing to the girl's question, he just pulled her nape and pressed his lips on hers, giving her an answer about how much he loved her back. He wouldn't hurt her any day but just hurt himself if he was mad or jealous. He would go to any extent to be with her and couldn't spend any day without her voice.
Only he knew how much he hated himself when she was away, how much he wanted to go back to her and tell her that he would make things right. How much he was holding himself when Jimin was speaking with her. He wanted to change everything for her and he was trying it every day.
She could remember for a lifetime how his lips nibbled on her lower one before giving it a little bite and sucking her upper one. He gives his soul while kissing her every time. He just can't wait to tell her parents how much he needs her.
He lifted her hand and pecked at the tattoo, making her smile.
He really believed that her parents would agree, but things never go the way we wanted.
