"I will be outside. Call me whenever you need me, I will be back to you in a second." Hoseok whispered against her ear before going outside but his eyes didn't even leave her for a second. The nurse wanted to examine her condition. It has become a regular routine for her since she opened up her eyes. They would check up on her and write down something but they didn't leave her without showing their smile back to her.
YN was definitely recovering and she can actually see that herself. Hoseok was more than happy to witness it with his bare eyes. He stayed more with her and he refused even if she asked to leave. He didn't care about his studies or even forgot about his university but didn't fail to collect all the notes for her from her friends.
He wanted to show that he really cares for her and he doesn't want to lose her one more time. He was always present to her whether she wants or not. This was a crucial time for her and he poured all his attention only on her.
Hoseok waited outside the room impatiently and in a few minutes his mom was there to meet YN and him.
"When are you coming home, son?" She asked as she chuckled at her son. "Just a few days, mom. I want her to go back home completely fine and healthy."
"Okay, okay. It's just, your dad is coming back." As she said, Hoseok's eyes widened. "What?"
"And I have told him everything. He wants to meet her parents."
"What?" Hoseok almost yelled.
"Shh, she might hear you," Hoseok's mom held his hands while his eyes were so big, staring at her. "Everything will be alright." She assured, rubbing the back of his hand. "Yeah," Hoseok mumbled as he suddenly hugged her, taking her aback. She was shocked but didn't make her smile when her only son hugged her.
"She will be fine. I just heard that she will be back to her in a week," She said and he broke the hug quickly, staring at her. "Really?"
"Yeah, my dear" She smiled ear to ear and Hoseok was palming his hand, unable to control his happiness. His father never said no to him and being his mom by his side, he couldn't be happier.
"Dress properly when we go to their house. Don't wear these ripped jeans," His mom said, making him chuckle. "Of course, mom. Anything for her,"
Having his fingers wrapped against her tiny ones, she was staring at the movie screen after a very long time. She was not asked to watch a mobile screen for a long time and after a few months, she was there inside the theatres, watching the movie with him.
"My exams will be over in a month," Hoseok said in her ears as she smiled, staring back at him. "I still have more time to graduate and you will be graduating soon, Hobi," she said, while he nodded, feeding the popcorn to her.
The movie was just playing while they were talking from time to time, staring at each other in the dim light.
"I still cannot believe it, Hobi," She uttered in her softest voice making him melt. "Our parents agreed and we can go outside anytime we want with their permission. That was something I have never imagined, you know," She said as her eyes were shining so good making him fall for her one more time.
"I love you, Hobi," She said and he giggles before grabbing her nape, pulling her closer, not caring about the big screen or barely any audience around him. "I love you more," He said and before she could say anything else, her lips were locked by his as if he was waiting for the moment.
It was not the first time to taste her lips or been intimate with her. It became a habit for him to tug his arms around her whenever she was around him. A habit he would carry out for the rest of his life.
The boy who would be always ready to rage out for a mere discomfort, now he stayed patiently for everything before he could react. He was afraid to give rage priority before losing the person right in front of him. Before his rage, the people around him became important and he put the place for rage to the least.
As if everything happened for him to make a change in him.
He thanked her for his change, he thanked his mom for everything. He saw the difference in him and he liked it.
He wished them to be happy forever and he promised himself to work for it.
And she couldn't wait to spend the rest of her life with this man who made her feel loved.
