Hoseok wished for her for a life time. He remembers everything he did for her. He remembers how she always stayed back with him even though he reacted like a psycho a few times. He wasn't a guy who would endure if another guy talks to her. He would go so rage and everything he did after that was a mess. He hurt himself. He hurt himself, which hurt her.
He, now, understood how it could be hurting to see their loved one getting hurt. He really wished to go back in time and make every possible thing right. He knew he hurt her when someone was at fault. He tried to change it when she decided to stay away from him. He promised himself not to fight her for silly stuff, he promised that will stay only with all the happiness in the world.
But no. She was going away from him every time he wanted to be close. It wasn't her fault or decision on this item, besides god's own.
He thought it was a punishment for everything he did to her. He wanted to gladly accept it but he doesn't want her to suffer like that. He wants her to recover soon and talk with him in her sweet voice.
He wanted to shower her with his unconditional love and hearty kisses. For everything to happen for him, he waited. He waited until she opens up her eyes. He waited for a few days, a few weeks as well.
He waited patiently for her with a sign of hope and trust in her. She was fighting for the same. Every day, they can see some improvements in her condition and that made him wait for her with full of his love.
He stayed by her every day, he had nothing to take care of except her.
But he didn't know that YN's parents were noticing him every single day. They talked a few times and everything that came out of Hoseok's mouth was YN's name. He really had no idea what was their thoughts after seeing him so desperate to have her in his arms again.
Sometimes, they noticed him sleeping next to her on the bed. It surely melted their hearts.
After all the passing weeks, YN opened her eyes slowly.
She was unable to do it for the first time in a while. She squinted her eyes many times before opening them completely.
There was no one in the room except her. She leaned on the headboard and looked around. She saw a button to call the doctor. She instantly pressed it and in a couple of minutes, a doctor and a nurse were rushing inside the room worriedly.
Once they saw her staring at them back, they were so relieved.
"Good to see you, Ms YN." The doctor smiled before going to her and examining her. "Your parents were waiting to see you but before that let me just check on you once." He chuckled while YN was staring at him with her innocent-clueless eyes.
"There you go!" he said and stepped back. "So, I will call your parents inside, happy meeting them," He said before going out of the room while YN smiled back as her response.
The door opened revealing her mother coming inside the room and her eyes were full of tears already. "Mom," YN mumbled and her mom was storming towards her, hugging her as if her life depends on it. Her only daughter spoke to her again.
"We missed you so much, YN," she said in between her sobs. "Where's dad?" She asked, trying to look at her. "He's in the office, I will call him right away," She said staring back at him. YN doesn't know if she can ask her or not. She wants to meet Hoseok. She wants to know at least if he knows about what happened to her. She was worried that he left her after knowing her condition.
Her stupid thoughts were getting clouded in her head and in a second, the door swung open, revealing Hoseok inside the room with his wide eyes. His parted lips trembled as soon as he saw her and she surely was shocked to see him in front of her. His bread cheeks were gone, his under eyes were dark, and he looked so pale. She had no idea what was going on with him.
Once her mother saw him getting inside, she turned to her with a smile. "I will be talking with your dad," she said, ruffling her hair and going outside, leaving both of them in the room.
They stared at each other like they have seen each other for the first ever time. She doesn't know what to say, her eyes travelled his posture and he was slowly walking towards her. She clearly noticed a tear dropping off his eye and he wasn't even wiping it out.
Before she could come up with any words, Hoseok hugged her and her ears could never forget how he sounded while tearing up so badly in front of her. She was unable to hold back anything as she hugged him, letting her sobs on him. No words were exchanged for a while, while they were a crying mess on each other.
He was so glad to have her back in his arms. He was so overwhelmed to have her against his chest. He was on the top of the moon and promised every god that he will take care of her so well.
"Hobi," she called and that's when he teared up more. How badly he wanted to hear her voice. "Look at me," she said, trying to break the hug but no, he wasn't ready to break apart already. He wished he would take her with him and vanish into some world together. He wants nothing but only her.
"I'm here, right? Please don't cry," She said but she was also crying along with him. He was unable to form any words as he was so happy to have her back again.
