New Orleans, Louisiana. Home of Jazz Music, the French Quarter. From the swampiest bayou to the liveliest music club. Full of history and splendor, New Orleans isn't without its darker sides though. Ghost stories and strange legends are a popular subject of the city, too. Thus, somewhat earning New Orleans something of a reputation as America's most haunted city.
There is one place that few even dare to speak of in New Orleans. Located at the end of a dark road, there stands an old mansion house. But not any ordinary house. It happens particularly to be...a haunted mansion.
We know the kind of house this is. But what lies inside, is a whole story all in and of itself. And a young man once experienced it all himself. Yes, I was that young man. It's with my fascination of the paranormal at that point in my life where the story really begins.
I was close to 20 when it all happened. As a child living in New Orleans, I was fascinated by ghost stories and legends. I learned of the mysterious old mansion of which became the subject of much debate and speculation. There were stories about what happened and who had been in it before. But none seemed to be as well connected with the next.
