Chapter 4: Parents in law? (REWRITTEN)

Baraqiel and Shuri just recently got home as it was turning dark and Baraqiel was getting a little too worried of his daughter being all alone at the shrine.

Baraqiel: "Honey... I'm telling you. What if something bad happened to Akeno?!"

Baraqiel was already nervous at the thought of living his daughter home alone as Shuri laughed.

Shuri: "Oh sweetie. You worry too much. Keep this act up and you will have to be punish~"

Shuri turned her eyes at her husband with a seductive look while licking her lips, causing Baraqiel blush as he simply followed her words.

The couple arrived at the shrine with the groceries in their hands as they were about to open the door, Baraqiel's back started to get a big chill. He placed his hand on Shuri's shoulder, pushing her back a little as he took out his spear.

Baraqiel: "Someone is here."

Shuri blinked in confusion as she looked at her husband with a WTF expression.

Shuri: "Since when did you bring that?!"

Baraqiel told her to lower her voice as Baraqiel slowly grabbed the doorknob before kicking the door open.

The doors swung open as they slammed against the wall to reveal! Akeno... She was playing with her toys as she clashed the toy trains together. She turned to look at her father and waved cutely.

Akeno: "Oh! Hi daddy!"

She smiled as she continued to play with her toy trains. Baraqiel was so confused as Shuri was laughing so hard she couldn't breathe.

Shuri: "You really thought there was someone in here did you sweetheart? You need to stop worrying so much!"

Akeno ran up to her mother and gave her a big hug as Shuri picked up Akeno, giving her sweet kisses on the cheek as she placed her groceries on the table. Baraqiel observed the room as he knew that someone was here, observing very carefully as he noticed something odd.

A medkit was out with alcohol and medicine cream. Baraqiel turned to his daughter as she looked at him with curiosity.

Baraqiel: "Akeno sweetheart. Did you get hurt somewhere? Where is the wound?"

Akeno was confused until she remembered she left the medkit on the table and forgot to put it away.

She fucked up pretty badly.

Akeno was silent for a moment, giving her a good 10 seconds on what to respond with but Baraqiel already knew. There is someone here with her when they were away... Baraqiel began to search all the tables and chairs around the shrine, trying to look for the person in their home. Akeno tried to stop Baraqiel and saying that everything was okay but he was too focused and was ignoring her.

Saito was in the closet in Akeno's room, trying his best not to make a sound as he heard the noises of chairs and tables being flipped over. Saito's hands were sweaty and his heart was beating out of his chest. He swore he was in a horror movie or something. Saito heard footsteps come into Akeno's room as the footsteps got closer and closer... Saito was praying it was Akeno and not someone else or he will end up dead.

The footsteps kept getting closer until they were infront of the closet doors. He is definitely dead at this point. The closet doors flew open to reveal... Shuri! Saito blinked for awhile, staring at the woman who was infront of him. She looked like an older version of Akeno but with yellow eyes and shorter hair.
