Khai was pale and drawn, and he looked tired out. Even Third could see how hard his boyfriend worked to get good grades. He studied from dusk till dawn, only to sleep for a few hours before opening the damned books again. Third watched him switch between coffee and energy drinks for a whole week. The last straw was when the junk food he barely touched began accumulating on the kitchen table. Though Third had a lot to work on himself, he couldn't bare to see the man he loved suffer.
"Enough!" He shouted as he burst inside Kahi's apartment, tossing the fresh grocery on the kitchen counter, startling his boyfriend in the process. He grabbed Khai's hand, yanking him out of the sitting position and dragged him to the bathroom.
"Take a shower while I cook you something healthy." He growled and slammed the door behind him. The porridge didn't take long to cook, so he still managed to clean Khai's books and notes before the taller walked out of the bathroom. Third eyed him from head to toe, stomping towards him.
"Sit now." He ordered, pointing at the table. Khai didn't protest.
Third served him the still-hot meal, dropping across from him, watching him eat. Khai had a small tired smile plastered on his pale face. The dark circles under his eyes were bigger than yesterday, making Third frown.
"Done?" He asked when Khai finally laid the spoon down. Third didn't wait for an answer before he stood up and pulled his boyfriend by hand towards the bedroom. Khai's lack of protest and flirty remarks hinted at how much the tall dumbass needed to sleep. Third pushed Khai onto the bed, letting him find a comfortable position. He joined him on the mattress and covered them with a blanket. Khai's arms wrapped around him as soon as he snuggled closer. A small smile spread across Third's face when he saw his handsome, hardworking boyfriend already asleep.
