the fan meeting continued and sucked a little less since naeun had to back to the dorm and i wasn't continuously getting insulted by her.

but even without her, rei still didn't feel good since fans repeatedly skipped her and/or asked for naeun to be there instead of rei

"why the fuck are you here?? where's naeunnie" said a fanboy to rei's face, throwing and album at her in the process

"if you're gonna come to our fan meeting, learn to respect all members equally." said minghao with a stern voice.

"naeun naeun naeun naeun"

"hyung what's going on?" asked mingyu, "i'm... not sure" replied wonwoo

apparently, a bunch of fans were waiting for naeun and wouldn't go to any other member without naeun. "wow they want her that bad huh" rei said, low enough so that only minghao could hear her

the fan meeting came to an end fairly quickly since carats were still protesting. "should we take naeun out tonight? you know since it's her first fan meeting" asked hoshi

"seriously?" rei asked, obviously in disbelief

"yeah? what's wrong with it, if you don't like her just say that" dino retorted

"no it's not that.. forget it actually" rei said, getting in the car.

the next few days went by and rei started feeling less and less confident in herself, the instructors kept comparing her to naeun

*reis pov*

"she's your dongsaeng and she's STILL better at singing than you, how can that be?"

"oh look at naeun she's so cute, why can't you be like that?"

"lose some weight! be like naeun"

"eat less! go on a diet"

"you're so useless now that naeuns here"

but what broke her heart the most is when she heard
jun say to naeun "don't worry, i'll always like you better than rei"

"aww thank you! to be honest, rei should just disappear since no one really needs her"

and so i did.

*no one's pov:

"does anyone know where rei is?" minghao asked "i haven't seen her in a while now"

"uh i don't know, maybe sleeping like always" replied woozi

now that naeun was here, none of them cared for rei as much as they used to. minghao was the only one taking care of her

"well can you atleast help me find her, i haven't seen her in over 24 hours" minghao insisted

*reis pov*

where was i you ask?

if i'm being honest, i don't know myself, i don't know the last time i ate, slept, drank water or even been out of my room in general

"just end it, don't you want all this pain to go away?" a voice in my mind said

i do, i dont want to hurt because of naeun

should i just... no i can't, i can't just leave

*no one's pov*

minghao went upstairs to see where she is

"rei?" he called out, "where are you i'm worried"

suddenly, he heard muttering from reis room, something like "here, i'm here"

he rushed over only to find the door locked, "rei?? can you open the door?? please!" he shouted

eventually, everyone started gathering around the door. "what are you doing? you look like a kid looking for his lollipop" dk joked

"shut up" minghao replied still trying to open the door

eventually scoups and jeonghan helped him unlock the door, they were too, worried about rei

"rei? where are you please i'm worried"

suddenly vernon yelled, "REI!"

everyone rushed over only to see rei on the ground, as pale as paper, blood dripping from her arm and mouth foaming

"CALL AN AMBULANCE SOMEBODY CALL AN AMBULANCE, OH NO" dino said frantically

they took her to the hospital and as soon as rei regained consciousness, they all rushed to go see her

"REIII, YOURE ALIVE" dino said, still yelling frantically

"surprise?" rei said, not amused by the fact that they were all sweaty and panicking

they deserved it right? it was their fault after all

"rei what did you think you were doing" scoups said, in pure anger

"don't even look at me with that look, you guys have been the worst people in the past few months, all you guys did was pay attention to her. I was basically a nobody, none of you cared about me, none of you looked after me and none of you even bothered to check up on me, except for minghao" she said, smiling at minghao

they all softened their gaze, they finally understood what they had been doing wrong

"we're so sorry, i promise you nothing like this will ever happen again" joshua said

"now can we leave? i wanna go home" seungkwan asked the doctor to which she replied, "no she needs to stay here for a few more days, we need to monitor her."

"be careful, boys are always trouble especially if it's 13 of them" the doctor whispered to rei as rei chuckled

"bye, see you guys in a few days" rei said to them
