Dust Error (my take)

Chapter 5: The Loss Of Family...

Sad chapter, you have been warned.

Me and Dust had the same thought of teleport behind the other and attack, I however left a bone rise after my teleport that launched Dust through the ceiling onto the third floor, meanwhile me and Horror take a slice at each other, both us missing.

He takes initiative in the battle and dashes at me throwing bones and slashes, trying to keep the battle on his grounds, I counter by jumping up and firing several blasters down, but end up going to the third floor after barely using kindness shield from Dust.

I spawn my LostJustice revolver and fire several shots, some at random and some at him with intent to catch his dodge, it works and I nail his right arm, he try's flinging several things of fire at me but I launch my own which are much stronger then his, effectively snuffing his flames out and nearly hit him had he not teleported.

I spawn a portal behind me and his leg failed to kick me and instead hit a HorrorTale trap, I teleport back and kick him into the au before firing a blaster.

You won...

I absorb the soul barely before it shattered.

Dust down, Horror left...

I turn around just in time to dodge a cleaver he flung at me, jumping sideways and backwards to avoid a bone rise. I teleport several feet backwards to get a quick breather and think of a plan.

Luckily it didn't take long, I fling tridents forward with strings, he dodged all but 1 and I yank back the tridents which he failed to dodge 2 returning. When he looked up at me it was already too late as I summoned dusttrust swords and performed a cross slash.

You... won...

I absorb the soul... and make my way to Nightmares room...

It didn't take long before I was there, I blast the door down and step him.

Nightmare: "y'know... I always had visions of this possibility, guess we didn't try hard enough huh?"

Error: "Its not yoU, 1ts ink..."

Nightmare: "yeah... also, your voice is notably less glitchy."

Error: "Not surprised... I am t3chnically sacrificing my se1f."

Nightmare: "error, your not going to kill me, i'm not going to let you destroy my body, cant we just work together for this?"

Error: "I wou1d but... I'v already done this and I don't think I'll be allow3d to turn back." I said summoning Dreams staff.

Nightmare: "you WHAT!"

Error: "Sorry, Dr3am wouldn't have worked with us, neither would any of reapertale, ev3n if we wanted to..."

Nightmare: "YOU KILLED MY BROTHER!"

Error: "Don't worry, I told him your fe3lings... He knows what you wanted to tell him... Now ple@se make this easier for both of us, and 5tand st1ll..." I said, firing a charged arrow.

It flew fast, Night held up a tentacle but it cut straight through, however he also ducked down, causing it to miss his soul...

Error: "F-Fine... W-we ca-an do th1s the ha- th3 hard way..." I say though small tears.

Nightmare: "HARD WAY YOU KI- ACK!" He said, getting cut off by another arrow.

He himself has tears, this is a fight of family, and no one wants to do it either, I can sense the severe conflict in Night...

He rushed forward fast as thunder and wacked me hard, sending me through several walls. I stood up and teleported up, barely avoiding his charging at me with several sharp tentacles.

I infuse my blaster with positivity and fire... it took off half night but he recovered it quickly, he's feeding off both my and his own negativity...

I summon Cross's blade and perform an X event, it took alot of energy as I also put alot of positivity behind it, it broke half the castle but  it still didn't kill night...

He jumped at me, grabbing me and tossing me around, slamming me into several walls and floors, he eventually lets go and jumps on me to stab my soul, but pauses out of fear, questioning if he should kill me...

I summon 5 spinning blasters and fire, the spinning caused them to completely collapse and nearly destroy the entire castle, teleporting up the place is nothing more then ruins now...

I summon the staff and launch several positivity orbs downward, Night finally appeared and launched several negativity orbs back up at me.

I summon the bow and barrage fire, breaking some orbs and hitting nightmare twice...

I spawn to blasters and fire fiercely.

When I finally land, nightmare is nearly completely destroyed, his corrupt apple soul cracked from our fight.

I charge up the bow to its full extent, ready to finish the job...

But stop...

Im hesitating...

And crying...

Is this what Im really doing? Is this what I wanted?

I begin to lesson the strength and lessen the strings strength, I almost put the bow down, when something grabbed my hand and re aimed it at Night...

It was a stretched out tentacle from night...

Nightmare: "its ok... i'll still be with you... you can do it... you deserve the freedom more then anyone else, you didn't deserve to go through what you did and you don't deserve to go through this, but you have to... no matter what we will always be by your side...

Its ok...

Free yourself..."

I smile through all of my tears...

And release...

It took me 10 minutes to calm down after absorbing what few shards remained of nightmares soul... but eventually a sound broke my trance...

???: "E-Err-or?" A shakey voice called out...

I look to my side to see blue standing at what remained of the doorway...

Not my day huh...

I summon a blue zone on him and charge a blaster...

Error: "I am sorry... little one..."

It felt like a phrase I should know, but I don't...

I charge the blaster fully...

And fire...
