{31} Training Arc

Alright, alright, you've been kept out of the loop with what the League is doing for a bit now, so allow me to briefly fill you in. And pay attention cause I won't be repeating myself.

Well, truth be told we've been keeping it low for some time, especially after what happened with Eri, and focusing on getting stronger (you'll know what I mean later). Which is why I had lots of free time to spend—and I use that loosely—time with Kaito.

Now things are starting to get a little interesting again. Well, you see a little birdie is trying to join us. And not just any little birdie, it was none other than the now number 2 pro hero, Hawks. This is not a drill, a hero is on our side... or at least he says he is.

"Hawks?" [m/n] scoffed at Dabi "like Hawks, the number 3 hero?"

"Number 2"

"I don't give a fuck." [m/n] stomped around the roof "that's the little project you've been working on? You've been sneaking around trying to get a hero on our side, because that worked out so well for us last time"

"You said you wanted to come with me, stop bitching"

"I don't trust him"

"And you think I fucking trust him?" Dabi rolled his eyes "quite the opposite actually, that's why we're here now..."

"Ok... what exactly are we doing here?"

"It's a set up. A high-end Nomu is going after the number one hero, the plan was for it to happen tomorrow at a warehouse but I had a change of heart" Dabi smirked "we're here to observe how Nomu does"

"Oh? Well, here he comes" [m/n] pointed at the Nomu that was charging right for the building that Endeavour and Hawks were inside.

"Come on, let's put a bit more distance" Dabi said and the two made their way down from the rooftop and hid themselves more.

I'm not about to describe all the details of the fight, you were there, you saw what happened. Endeavour fought the Nomu while Hawks saved all the people. There was damage, people running for their lives, new reporters blah blah blah. I started losing interested when it was clear that once again the hero would come out victorious even though I'm the main character right now.

Any fucking ways, after Endeavour's final attack that killed the Nomu, Dabi suggested making a little appearance.

The two walked towards the pro who was barely able to stand anymore, standing next to him was Hawks. Dabi smirked and surrounded them in a huge ring of fire

"The League of Villains... Dabi... [l/n] [m/n]" Endeavour grunted

"Aww he knows my name" [m/n] squealed "what an honour"

"Tch, I heard you killed Snatch"

"Sna... who was that again?"

"Who cares" [m/n] rolled his eyes

"More importantly, let's talk a little since we have this chance"

Endeavour tried to stand but immediately fell back to his knees, he was too exhausted from his fight with the Nomu.

"Endeavour-san... please rest" Hakws said "I'll do it"

"Give me a break, I just came to get that Nomu" Dabi threw his arms up to his chest

"You can fight me" [m/n] pulled out his dagger and twirled it around his fingers "I've just been itching for blood"

"Don't be silly [m/n], there's no way we could win against the top two heroes—" despite Dabi's words [m/n] knew exactly what that tone meant. He glanced over at him, then back at the pros and the two charged at them simultaneously "not while they're covered in bruises"
