"Hello, can we get some he—Whoa! This shop is wild. They have crystals skulls, grimoires, taxidermied... Uh, I don't even know what animal this is!" Deuce says as they enter the school store, examining the strange stock.
"What kind of store is this? You really think they sell cream here?" Grim asks.
"It almost looks like something Chihaya would run." Ren thought, recalling the fortune teller in Shinjuku. "Trey said you can find almost anything here... I guess he wasn't exaggerating." He comments, then felt an approaching presence and turned to see a young man with dark skin, dressed in a purple suit and top hat, with a skeleton motif.
"Why hello there, little demons. How are you all faring today? Welcome to Mr. S's Mystery Shop. Name's Sam, what among my humble selection interests you? A charm from a secluded land? The mummified remains of an ancient king? A deck of cursed tarot cards?" The man, Sam, greets them cheerfully.
"Myah! Where'd you come from?!" Grim exclaims, having jumped into Ren's arms in surprise of the man's sudden appearance.
"Um, we wanted to buy the items on this list here." Deuce explains while showing the store owner said list.
"And some cans of tuna while you're at it!" Grim adds.
"Grim, we're not here for tuna!" The spade boy scolds.
"Actually, we could use some supplies. We're currently low on them in Phantom at the moment." Ren states. Even with the supplies Crowley gave them, it wasn't much and they definitely would need more.
"What's this here? Some cream, eggs and... My, quite the sweet line up you got. I'll take a look in the back for you!" Sam says and heads to the back of the store.
"Whoa... He really does that stuff in stock." Deuce says, a little surprised.
"Yeah, given the set up, I never would've guessed he did." Ren comments.
"Here you are! Along with some groceries for the new dorm! It's pretty heavy though, just to warn you. Act now, and I can sell you a 1/100th size floating platter for 30% off. Perfect for carrying your stuff!" Sam says as he reemerges with their order, then offers.
"Ooh, I wanna see! That sounds cool!" Grim says excitedly.
"Maybe another time. Here, for the food! Thank you!" Ren says as he pays the man, then he and Deuce gather up the bags, then head out.
"Very well. Then until next time, my little demons. Do come again! Ciao!" Sam calls as they leave the store.
~Take Your Time~
"That store was amazing." Deuce comments as they make their way down the main street, passing by the Great Seven statues.
"Yeah, and you two are amazingly stingy." Grim grumbles.
"Who are you calling stingy?!" Deuce says, clearly annoyed, while Ren playfully rolls his eyes at the scene. "Hey, Ren, it looks like you got the bag with all the cans. It must be heavy. You want to trade? I got a trick for carrying heavy bags." The spade boy then says and offers.
"No thanks. I got it. Trust me, I've carried heavier than this." The bespectacled boy declines, thinking of the many shopping trips he'd gone on with both Ann and Futaba. "You're quite the power shopper yourself, I see." He then comments.
"Yeah. My mom always used to stock up during timely sales and the bags would get ridiculously heavy as a result. I'm the man of my family, so I had to do all the heavy lifting, and— Oh, sorry. I didn't mean to badger on like that." The blue haired boy says then apologizes.
