Opening his eyes, Ren once again found himself back in the strange hedge maze filtered in black and white.

"Another dream?" He thought while looking around, noticing the young girl and three card soldiers from last time, all bowing before a heavy-set woman in a red and black gown and small gold crown.

"For painting my roses red, someone will lose his head!" The woman exclaims, holding one of the rose trees, the red paint still dripping.

"Y-your Majesty, if anyone's to blame, it's him!" The three of clubs says nervously while pointing to the two.

"Have mercy, Your Grace. It was the Ace!" The said card pleads and points.

"So it was you?" The queen asks, looking at the ace of clubs.

"No! It was the TWO!" The poor frightened card exclaims.

"Two's doing?" The woman asks next, this time looking at the two card.

"Not me! It was the Three!" The two panicked next.

"Enough! Off with ALL their heads!" The queen screams and orders. With that, the poor clubs were dragged away by other card soldiers. Hearts and spades, Ren noticed, and they were cheering while the queen laughed gleefully.

"That's what you get for mixing up red with white." One said smugly and Ren felt fury rise in him at their attitude!

"They're just roses! Why isn't anyone stopping that queen!?" He questions then felt himself be pulled away before he could do anything.

"Ren, wake up!" A familiar voice says as the boy opens his eyes. For a moment, he wondered where he was then remembered the events of yesterday and that Ace and Deuce slept over at Phantom Dorm.

"Morning Deuce..." He said as he sat up, yawning a bit.

"Good morning. You better get up, the Unbirthday party is today. If we're late, well, you know..." The blue-haired boy reminds him.

"Right, the party. Okay, let me get dressed and whip up some food." Ren says as he gets up and heads upstairs. "Another strange dream..." He thought to himself then heads into his room.

Once dressed, he went back downstairs, happy to see the kitchen in better shape than last he stepped foot in it, and got to work on his special coffee and curry. As soon as he finished and was getting ready to plate the food, a knock was heard.

"Sounds like we have a visitor. I'll get it." Deuce says and goes to answer the door.

"Good morning! Did you all enjoy your sleepover? Did you bond over pillow fights and card games? And what is that wonderful smell?" Cater says as he enters.

"Oh, good morning, Cater." Ace greets with a yawn, still waking up. "Yeah, we did talk and play some cards. But since Grim didn't know how to play much, we stuck to playing old maid." He adds.

"And I kept getting the joker card every time!" The said feline grumbles.

"Let's just say, Grim doesn't have a very good poker face." Deuce adds with a playful smile.

"Speaking of, Ren kept kicking all our asses. His poker face was impossible to look past and he kept fooling us." Ace grumbles, still salty.

"Hehehe... A true Phantom Thief has a poker face like a real mask." Morgana says with an amused laugh.

"My, how fun. Anyways, you should get one of the tarts we made yesterday and go apologize to Riddle." The orange haired boy says. "And you should probably hurry, because after some trouble yesterday, we're a little short-handed at the moment." He adds.
