Nkululeko  : mawakhe
He hugs her from behind and stops her hands from washing the dishes she was doing. He kisses her neck to her cheeks making her chuckle.  Even whrn she did something wrong she still smiles like nothing happened.  Did she not kill her father in-law? Was she not having an affair with him.?? Well thats the question that even her shadow wont ask as long as it is locked far away. His hands trail down her belly and they make a play while he grinned in a smile and she..
She was feeling the burn of betrayal. He is in her late 30s but the sweetest man every woman can try to program. They say love belongs to the screens but what he has for this woman is more to the blue skies.
Nomzamo : can i wash my dishes baba.
He turned her to face him and he couldnt wipe off his smiles. His dimples played the charming little part
She looked at him in disbelief as his clothes were dirty and oiled with a car oil and his face with black spots.
Nomzabo : and then.?
Nkululeko  : there was a taxi that broke down and i had to pich in.
She shaked her head with a smile. A fake smile that it is.
Nomzamo : but you are the boss not the other way around. Look at you.
He smiled and kneeled with one knee then kissed her belly.
Nkululeko  : how is my little one.
Nomzamo : aint you going back to the rank.?
She avoids that question knowing well that she did something. What can it be.??
Nkululeko  : let the work wait mkami i want to spend this day with both of you.
He puts his head on the belly and she shift a little removing his head and he looked up at her. She quickly forms a smile
Nomzamo : you will make him kick hard. You know he is attracted to your touch.
He chuckled
Nomzamo   : go and take a bath I'll be there
He kissed her belly and stood up then kissed her cheek.
Nomzamo  : go.
He left going to their room and she was only waiting for something. Its been ten minutes she took those pills and she is waiting for a reaction.

As he approached the bedroom he sang his favourite maskandi song and took off his shirt. Before he reached the trouser belt he heard his wife screaming. He quickly ran back to the kitchen and saw his wife bleeding while she was on the floor.
Nomzamo  : Nkululeko.!
She cried looking at him and he was now mute standing like a statue.
Nkululeko  : not again.! Not again..noo.!!
He roared holding his head.
Nomzamo  : ngane yami.!!
She screamed looking at the blood on her hands.
Its not the first or the second but the third.
Is she enjoying this.? No or yes.??

Two days later.

Int. NYATHI HOUSE HOLD. 

Mkhulu : we cant let our son stay childless like a barren while he us not.
Nkululeko  : really now.?
Nkule 's mom : understand us nkululeko.!
Nkululeko  : my wife just lost her child and you all want me to entertain this.!
He shouted his lungs out.
Nkule's aunt : can you then explain to us what is killing you babies.?
Banzi : bhuti. What we are asking is simple. You can marry..
Nkululeko  : unganginyeli.!!
            (Dont puss me off.)
Nkule's mom : kodwa thando wangenza.!
     ( love ruined it for me.)

He stormed out leaving his elders and relatives and he stormed upstairs to where his wife is. He found her with some of the older women.
Nkululeko  : leave us please.
Nomzamo  : you are not supposed to be here.
He kept quite till the women left.
Nomzamo : nkule.?
Nkululeko  : i dont want to be there.!
She held his hand.
Nomzamo : ngobani.? Ngoba awfuni ukshada futhi. Huh.!! Ufuna ukhlala ungena ngane.!!
   ( why.? Because you dont want to marry again.?? Do you want to live with no child.!!)
She screamed on his face.
Nkululeko  : i want you.!!
He defend his love for her.
She wiped her tears looking at him.
To her he is not just a taxi owner  but a husband with true intentions.
She ran downstairs to the kitchen while he was chasing after her. All the family members ran to see the play.
She took a knife and nkululeko stood back.
Nkululeko  : zamo.!
Nomzamo : i want you to be happy.
She cried
Nkululeko  : zamo put the knife away. We can be happy.
Nkululeko  : with no child.? No.!! If you wont marry someone else then i will kill myself.
His ears buzzed watching his wife holding a knife threatining her life to marry someone.
The family was stunned by this play.
Nkululeko  : i only love you.
She waved the knife up and when it was time to stab her self nkululeko stopped her.
Nkululeko  : ok fine..ok..ok.!! Put the knife down.! I will do it.
