Eps 07
Luckily i took my school clothes. I limped to the bathroom holding the towel hugging my body and opened the door. I opened the tap of the bath tub and jumped in immediately to feel the warm of it and cool the pains away .
I scrub the soap on my body and soak it up. I guess he is the one who also arranged my toiletries . Nomvula is full with it cause she didnt even ask me first nor my new family for her to post that photo not even me. I thought that we were friends. She literally told the that am even married to the nyathi. Like for god sake i didnt choose this life. Am a result of two adults being horny and satisfying their need.
I stood up and quickly tied the towel on me and got out. I got in my room and found him there. My eyes snap wide with my heart racing faster in a second.
Nkululeko : breakfast.
I looked near his seat on the small table there was a tray of food.
Nkululeko : seat and eat first.
His eyes point the chair opposite his. I cant limp infront of him or else no school for me.
I made my steps slowly approaching the chair.
Nkululeko : trying to hide injuries.
He stood up walking infront of me. I didnt say anything untill he cooped me in his arms and plant me at the chair. He then sat back on his and took out his phone.
Even if i dont feel like eating am forced to cause i heard this man carries a gun on his waist as if it is his skin.
I only managed to eat some slices as he was busy pressing his phone and scrolling. I didnt know if he is on social media.
After i squeezed them in my mouth i drank the juice then stood up.
I took out my clothes in need and went back to the bathroom...
When i got back i found my school bag ready and he was now seating on the bed.
Nkululeko : we are getting late.
Thenjiwe : I'll take a taxi to school i dont mind.
I took my bag
Nkululeko : i'll take you to school.
Thenjiwe : i want to take a taxi.
Nkululeko : lets go.
He started motioning out if the rokm and i followed him annoyed. I kept my walk cool as we both appeared at the lounge
Nkule's mom : morning makoti wami. Did you enjoy your night.
She smiled hugging me. The other guy who i assume is banzi was hiding his smiles.
I smiled at my mother in-law facing her.
Thenjiwe : yebo maa.
The first wife appeared
Zamo : and where to sister wife.?
Thenjiwe : school.
Banzi just laughed out loud drawing our attention.
Zamo : a married person at school.?
I kept quite looking at her with teary eyes.
Nkululeko : she has a right as a cituzen in this country.
Zamo : are you supporting this.?
Nkululeko : the law is.
Zamo : but you married her. She us supposed to be a wife not a student.
Nkululeko : i dont mind.
He took my hand and we both rushed out. I dont know what made them quarrel but i wish am not the main topic here.
Some one opened the door for me and i got in and he closed the door. He starts the engine and i felt bad seating in the passanger seat instead of the back seats. He starts the engine of the car and the gate was opened by another guy . Wait do they have bodyguards here or they are just family members.
..To my shock he took me to the taxi rank. I guess he is also feeling the guilt of what will people say when he dropped me at the school gate with his cat. The talks right.? Am about to see what will be unleashed for me today. Am the topic of the year i swear.! I can feel my name being written in bold letters at the black board.
Nkululeko : go in that taxi.
He point out with his eyes and i matched like a little girl.
He started talking to some of the workers and they kept on smiling. I got in and sat with some of the ladies at the backseats . I cant get rid of what happened last night out of my mind. I want to cry right away but am holding back. How come am not so strong like any other woman who goes through tought times.?
My so called husband got in the driver seat and he looked at the other empty seat and looked back with his eyes searching. He got off the taxi and oped the door of the passenger and opened the customer door. I voluntarily stood up and walked out to the front seat cause i know it meant for me. Am only happy that he didnt say or call me his wife infront of all this people.
He quickly got in his seat and the journey was about to start. I just cant wait to get off his sight. The things he did to me were horrified last night. As soon as the taxi stopped i intended to go out but ge held my hand. Does he expect a kiss ?
Nkululeko : what do we say when we leave.?
Thenjiwe : bye bye mr Nkululeko.
I smiled and snatched my hand. I jumped out and round the taxi walking to the school gate. Lucky there was no one in the taxi.NKULULEKO
I giggled when she got off the view and start the taxi. She just called me mr Nkululeko and not "myeni wami " or only nkululeko . I dont expect that yet but i feel sad that she dont smile again.
First time i saw her she was brave and had courage.
I need to get back home and fix another problem zamo assume i did by taking breakfast to Magumede's room. I know i can never replace zamo but i have two of them now. I have both responsibilities to do and she us the one who said she gas a week with me so why the tough arguments. After an hour thirty minutes i arrived at the house and found mom and sizwe with sphola watching tv and i passed going to our room.
I found her seating and looking at out married photo on her hands.
Nkululeko : you know that i can never replace you right.
Zamo : i think its just a stupid feeling makung me feel this way.
Nkululeko : unfeel that feeling mkami.
I sat down next to her and hugged her.
Nkululeko : i love you but you need to accept that there are two of you now. She has her needs as well as you so i have to be on both sides.
Zamo : i know.
She smiled kissing me.
Nkululeko : let me go shower
