╰┈➤ In my eyes, Manny may not be truly 38 years old.

╰┈➤ Manny had survived for at most 11 years. He was then hit by the car shown in episode 5 (season 2), yet his spirit had been living on for 38 years. The only thing about him that grew was his age.

╰┈➤ To summarize, Manny is not 38 years old physically or mentally, since his spirit is the same as it was when he'd died. He has only been in the universe Lesley had created for 38 years.

Harry

╰┈➤ Harry, in my opinion, would probably be around 25 or so.

╰┈➤ He has a job and everything, and seems to have the mindset of one, too.

Duck

╰┈➤ Duck is similar to an elderly person.

╰┈➤ It's the way he talks and everything about what was related to his death.

╰┈➤ For example, he could've represented dying of old age in episode 2 in season 2.
