Chapter 24

Chimon was an orphan who worked many part-time jobs. His boyfriend, Pluem always help him too but getting help too much from his lover didn't go well so he stops him. He didn't want people to call him a gold digger.

One day while Pluem with his father and his brother, Sing went to London for a business trip Chimon was approached by a director when he went for delivery to a set. And from the next day onward he started to shoot.

The day of the shooting was supposed to be Pluem’s return but he didn't come back for a week.

Chimon was lying on his bed after a long shooting day when Pluem suddenly marched inside. Seeing his boyfriend, all his tiredness seems to be faded. He quickly jumped down from the bed and run toward his boyfriend with a huge smile and hugged the latter, ready to tell him about his new job. He was a bit surprised when the other didn't respond to his hug.

“Pluem, you won't believe I...”

“Cheat on me.” Pluem interrupted, “You did a good job. Cheating on me with an actress.”

“What actress? What are you talking about, Pluem? I don't cheat on you.” Chimon said confused.

“You...” shaking his head Pluem said, “After everything I've done for you, how can you cheat on me? I've just gone for a month, and don't have time for a phone because my brother Sing’s dead. I now know why Jan forbid me to date you. People are right, you are really a gold digger. We are over.” with that he turned around and opened the door of the house.

Chimon stood there shocked but when Pluem was out of the house, his tears started to fall, “Why can't I get little happiness?”

At that time his phone started reading, seeing the director calling he wiped his tears and greet in his normal tone, “Hello. like...”

“Finished packing?”

“Yes...”

“Good then, we need to go now. We are going to be there for almost two months, packed for it. Okay, I'll call you when we reached your house.” Mike said and cut the call.

Chimon quickly took a shower, dress up and sat on a sofa with his eyes closed. Not long after, Mike called him and they were on the way to the airport.

“Hey, guys look. It's Pluem.” Love Chimon’s co-worker said which brought his attention quickly, “His engagement is announced with... Janhae... Do you know this Janhae?” and the rest of the ride was filled with the talked about Pluem’s engagement.

Holding his tears, he called Pluem numerous times but the latter didn't bother to pick up or see his texts. Just as he quit his attempt to reach his ex-boyfriend, Nanon called him.

“Hello, Non...” He greets the other in his usual voice.

“Chi, are you... right?” asked the other side concerned.

Chimon let out a small laugh, “Why wouldn't I be? What's wrong, Non? Are you alright?” 

“My brother is engaged, Chi. Frank tells me P’Pluem go out angrily as soon as he reached home and come back crying. So what happened?”

Chimon stayed silenced and Ohm was heard from the other side,

“Chi, This month, we were busy with Sing’s furnel so we didn't know what has happened but don't worry we already pack our things for tomorrow's early flight to you.”

Chimon was shocked, “P’Sing is dead...How?” the noise in the van suddenly stopped when Chimon started crying.

“It’s suicide but Frank and I think it's murder so he followed P’Pluem to investigate. And we also...”
