The Dream

He wasn't sure of the time but heard Mel talking. The sun was out and a breeze was coming in through the window. While they slept, she must have kicked the sheet off as it only covered her feet an a corner her breasts. She was mumbling something but was clearly asleep dreaming. Her hands were knotted as he looked down at her. James could see she was breathing deeply.
"Yes, James, I love you," she murmured. The muscles in her body were twitching. "Please, James, more .... Don't stop... right there...". She was having a very good dream about them having sex. James thought he would have a little fun with this. He began working her nipple with his tongue. "Yes, James, yes..."
She let a silent moan escape her lips. He looked down at her mound to see she was squirting onto the bed. The then let out a long sigh and stilled. James would be lying if that wasn't the hottest thing he ever saw. It also saddened him a bit that he wasn't able to enjoy it fully with her. To be honest, he did have wet dreams of her when they were apart, he never told her though. He was thankful that she loved him even in her dreams.

"Morning sleepy head, how did you sleep?" He asked Ashe was making omelets.
"Really well, why?"
"Any unusual dreams?"
"You mean like right now isn't a dream, because I'm pretty sure I'm going to wake up anytime now cold and alone in my apartment having never met you."
"You were talking in your sleep."
She blushed, "Really, what did I say?"
"Nothing really." He had a little smile on his lips.
"Ok, so what is the plan today?" Sue asked nibbling on some toast.
"I thought we would go explore the island, there is supposed to be this really cool waterfall east of here. Then maybe some swimming. Make a bonfire on the beach and watch the stars."
"That sounds perfect," she said as she wrapped her arms around him from behind, kissing his back, "I'm just now starting to get the feeling back into my legs."
He turned around, "Don't worry, there is much more where that came from. I'm going to make love to you until you never want to leave me."
She frowned at that.
"What's wrong," he asked looking concerned.
"I already do love you that much and more," she said looking into his eyes. She then pressed her forehead into his chest. She seemed sad for some reason. He took her chin in his hand and made her look at him again.
"Don't ever try to hide yourself from me. I know, I love you, too. I never want to lose you." With that he bruised her mouth with a deep kiss.
"One thing, you're about to over do that omelet."
He turned around and caught it before it burned.
"You finish making breakfast, I'll put some things together for lunch for us."

Mel dressed in one of the remaining bikini sets he bought her, she wrapped a sarong around her bottom for extra coverage. She also put a t shirt on but tied it below her breasts. She had a pair of sneakers on. She was looking forward to finding this waterfall. The area was so lush and the birds were beautiful as they walked. James guided her taking her hand. He tripped a few times watching her enjoyment of the scenery and not where he was actually going. Smitten was a word that did not cover how he felt about her. As they passed a flowering bush, he quickly reached down and grabbed a bloom careful not to crush it. Then he reached up and smoothed some hair past her ear and weaved it in, taking his thumb he smoothed over her bottom lip. She looked up through her thick lashes. James wasn't sure if she was blushing or if she was a bit sunburned, she looked away quickly because of his intense stare. Outside the bedroom, she was modest, prim and proper. Inside the bedroom, she was supplicant giving him everything he asked for or needed, surrendering herself to him.
The day was getting long, they stopped for lunch still not to the waterfall he promised. She didn't care that they didn't find the waterfall, Mel was enjoying time with him where they could just be themselves, not heroes, not teachers, not mentors. Just each other. While they stopped she picked up two leaves and began doing something with them that had him very curious. He asked what she was doing and she wouldn't tell him. James noticed she was weaving them but into what, he didn't know. After about a half hour more of walking she placed it on his head. She made him a hat. "You were starting to burn," she said as she placed it on his head. He laughed knowing he would heal quickly but loved that she was looking out for him and being so thoughtful. They had made their way finally to the waterfall. It was beautiful, James peered at his reflection in the pool of water with the hat on, it was a really good hat at that. He decided he would bring it back to New York with them.
The pool off the waterfall was deep enough for diving and there was an entrance to a cave right under the waterfall which was cool and refreshing in the late day sun. Mel picked her way through the stones hopping from one to another. She was so fairy like with the sun hitting her hair, the flower in it, the sarong, and being so small. He really wished he had brought a camera with them to have captured a photo.
Being the soul that she was, Mel began climbing up the side of the cliff towards the top of the waterfall. Once there, she could see for miles in all directions. It must have been the highest part of the island. She laid on her back looking up at the clouds as they passed by, feeling the breeze upon her skin. She folded her arms behind her head and waited. She knew James would be up in time, she wanted a breather for herself. She could smell the salt from the ocean on the breeze as the sun warmed her skin. She could also smell the water from the waterfall being fresh and sweet. A bird flew lazily over head blocking the sun momentarily.
"There you are, I was wondering where you got off to. Mind if I join you."
"I don't mind at all," she said with a smirk. James laid beside her in the grass and copied her body position.
She rolled onto her stomach and stretched out beside him, nestling her head into the crook of his arm looking up to him. Mel smiled, she was so happy and so content right now. James planted a kiss on the top of her head. "What are you thinking about?" He asked her smiling down.
"Absolutely nothing, and it is glorious." She responded. She raised herself up on her elbow and placed a playful kiss on his nose. Then took off her shirt, sarong, and shoes and dove down the waterfall. She arched up and surfaced. It was a perfect dive, so graceful, James thought. She stared up at him from the water below. "Coming down?" She called after him. His dive wasn't as graceful as hers but he made it down none the less. When he surfaced, she splashed him and he splashed back. James loved how gracefully she moved through the water and how her hair trailed behind her free underneath the water. Water was gentle, water could also be strong. It could fit any container it was put into. It could move mountains and break stone. It could caress, it could heal. He felt she was the living embodiment of water.
James hoisted himself out of the water and then pulled her out as well. They walked over to the waterfall and stood underneath it allowing one of the gentler streams of it to fall over them as they embraced. He kissed her deep and lovingly but was so full of want for her. She ran her hands through his beard and nipped at his earlobe, "Catch me if you can..." she whispered as she hopped from rock to rock grabbing her shirt, sarong, and shoes. She made her way back the house with him on her heels, both were laughing as she was able to escape getting caught. He was a little frustrated by how fast she was and how she could duck and dodge trees faster so as not to get caught. He called after her, "Wait until I catch you, you are in for it."
