The Reaper (a naruto fanfic *adopted from Kiraenglish*)

A test?

I got my ninja clothes and my weapons. I used the shadows after grabbing two apples and go to Narutos. I wake him up and went in the living room so he could get dressed.

When he came out I threw the second apple at him. "Eat up. You need something in your stomach for the bell test."

Naruto blinked. "But... I thought sensei said we couldn't eat breakfast!?"

I sigh. "Yeah well I think he wants us to be weak when we fight. I somehow already figured out what he's planning so just follow my lead Naruto. We're gonna be the best ninjas ever." I grin happily.

Naruto slung his arm around my shoulder, and almost making me fall, with a huge grin on his face. "Believe it! We'll be awesome! I'll be the greatest hokage ever and you'll be the greatest interrogator ever!"

I chuckle and pull his arm off me. "Well first we have to get to pinkie and duck butt."

Naruto blinked and then bust up laughing.

I tilt my head. "What's so funny Naru?"

He didn't stop laughing.

I sigh and grab his arm and walk into the shadows with him behind me.

I look around when I arrived at training ground seven. I see duck butt already there. He looked half asleep standing up, leaning against the poles. Pinkie was walking over towards us. I frown...

Where's our sensei?

I groan and pull Naruto to a stump and make him sit down in his laughing hysteria. I sigh and hit his head when I sit down. "Quit laughing spike."

He rubbed his head crying a bit at me. "DARK! WHAT WAS THAT FOR!?!"

"You laughing like a hyena because of what I said at your house. Are you a real dummy? Or is duck butt right about calling you dobe all the time? Cause here I thought you were my friend with a little bit of brains in that thick skull of yours." I smirk.

Duck butt heard everything and had a deep glare on his face directed towards me.

I don't think he liked my nickname for him. I yawned and pull out my scythe looking weapons with chains attached. I can't wait to use them.

Dad taught me a few moves with them. I wonder if I can combine them with my shadow kekki genkai. At least... that's what I call it. I'm not really sure what I am yet. Dad seen that I had black wings sprouting from my back. Right now they aren't noticeable yet. Probably cause I can't use them until there fully grown which I will have to wait another year maybe? I do know that they are black and soft. I tried touching the feathers I can feel that started growing on my back a few years before I came to this village. When Dad took off my shirt to give me my first real bath he thought that it was odd that I had feathers on my back. When I told him that they are apart of me he almost interrogated me. It was funny to see a human being look so... flabbergasted.

I'm betting when he told the old man that he almost had a heart attack.

They believe that I have a different kind of kekki genkai.

I look up getting out of my thoughts and stood up. I walked over to a tree and leaned against it. I was feeling a great itch on my back from one of my wing bones tickling me. This is the only thing I hate about them. When they grow they make me itchy.

I used the tree to scratch them. It always helps the itching.

Pinkie, Duck butt, and Naruto looked over at me while I was scratching.

I glare a bit half heartedly. "What? My back itches like crazy... I can't help it." I pout and cross my arms and turned away.

My eyes peeked back quickly to see Pinkie blushing staring at duck butt and Naruto was glaring at duck butt. I chuckled and turned to look at the silver haired man walking up to all of us.

Naruto and Pinkie scream at the same time. "YOUR LATE!!!"

I shivered. That was scary...

I seen duck butt flinch.

I yawn and walk over. "Can we get started now? I wanna hurry up and get back to training with my dad."

Cyclops looks at me. He sighs. "You must be Ibiki's adopted son."

I smirk and nod. "Yeap. And you must be Cyclops."

My team laughs at the comment except duck butt. He just smirks.

Cyclops' eye widens and he stares me down.

I shrugged. "I'm guessing that means you won't answer what the test is about. I'll just sit on this pole and wait." I sit on top of the pole and barely listen to Cyclops explain what was gonna happen.

When he said everything, Naruto attacks the Cyclops.

Before he or Naruto do anything I make my shadows envelop Naruto and make him appear beside me as he fell to the ground.

I chuckle. "He didn't say start yet Naru."

Naruto glares at me while I grin.

Cyclops blinked his eye. "Hes right Naruto."

He started the test...

Pinkie and Duck butt hid.

Naruto charged.

I stayed where I was helping when needed.
