<Jade [Feline Assassin]>
Shadows of my father's men chase me with guns. They are using power sedation bullets and gas, I can smell them. I turn into an ally and swear when I run into a brick wall. I won't go down without a fight, not when my freedom is on the line. I turn and face six men in protective gear. "Does anyone want to bail out before we start?" I ask, raising an eyebrow. The tallest man throws a gas bomb. Before I can cover my mouth, the gas fills my lungs. I feel my powers weakening and shrug it off. "I can still kill you without my powers, bitches." I growl. They all jump forward at the same time as if by some silent agreement.
I throw the first one down and flip over the second one. The third man hits me across the face and I respond by breaking his nose and bashing his head into the concrete. One down, five to go. I do a superman kick, knocking one of the men unconscious. It is easy to take out two more because of their weak fighting stance, until I am facing the two left. The man on the left's left leg falters and I smirk. An easy under kick has him on the ground and punch silences him. "The first lesson in fighting is never show a weak spot, father told me." I tell the man's limp form. "Now, it's just you and me." I snarl to the last man. "Do you really think you can beat the Feline Assassin?" I ask, smudgy. The tall man removes his helmet and I gasp. "Carver, w-what?" I stutter. He punches me in the jaw and I hit the floor. "Another thing your father taught was to never get distracted." He says, pulling out a sharp needle that read 'sedative'. "Carver, what the hell are you doing?!" I demand. "Listening to orders." He responds, but groans when I kick his feet out from under him. I pounce onto him, my hands on his neck and my right foot holding down the hand holding the sedative. "Drop it, dear." I say, snatching the sedative from his hand. Carver looks on as I tap the needle, not saying a word. "What? Cat got your tongue?" I whisper in his ear. "Get off me, bitch!" He shouts. "Is that anyway to treat your old lab rat buddy?" I ask, tsk tsking. Before he can say another word I jab the needle right into his neck. "Apparently the mouse lost this fight to the cat." I tell him, amused, as his eyes began closing. "Tell Daddy poow to stop trying to get me, because eventually, the game of cat and mouse ends, and the cat eats the mouse." I whisper, just as his eyes roll back into his head. I flip gracefully off of him and wait in the shadows. They are coming.
