"WHAT D'YOU MEAN YOU LEFT HIM THERE?" Dad shouted at Rick. They left him there.
They handcuffed Uncle Merle on the roof and left him with the walkers. THEY JUST LEFT HIM THERE LIKE THAT'S A FREAKIN DEATH SENTENCE!
"He should be fine, we made sure the door was heavily barricaded," Rick explained, trying to calm dad down.
"Wait so you didn't have time to uncuff him but you had time to barricade the door?" I pointed out his flaw which everyone miraculously ignored.
"I know how it looks but the walkers would've killed him," Rick spoke again.
"Bullshit, you killed him," I scoffed pointing out the truth. Rick used to be police, partners with Shane. So everyone here is treating him like he's the damn king. He's got light green curly hair and fair skin.
"I'm leaving in the morning to go get him, he's my family," dad told the group as he walked towards the tents. I walked off going after him before Hunter grabbed my arm.
"I'm sure Rick didn't mean to leave him there Clary. I mean I've known Rick all my life, he's a good guy," Hunter tried to defend Rick.
"The world went to shit Hunter, people change do stuff they usually wouldn't. That's the honest truth," I reminded him before going to Dad.

"Hey angel, not the birthday you expected ey?" Dad stated out the obvious as I came into our tent.
"Not exactly, but uncle Merle would think we're too soft worrying about him anyways and your back at least," I told dad as he wrapped his arm around me, pulling me close to him.
"Your right, as usual," he scoffed lightly, " I've missed you so much." He told me as he kissed he top of my head.
"I've missed you too dad," I hugged him harder.
"I got you this," Dad pulled out a white flower, the type Uncle Felix always brought me.
"Uncle Felix always used to bring me these," the words escaped my mouth.
"Felix'll be fine, he can handle his shit more than me and Merle," Dad reassured me and himself.
"Why did he move away? I mean Uncle Merle didn't, why did uncle Felix move?" I asked dad,
"Jumped at the first chance he got, Felix. Don't blame him. He had a rough time with our dad after Merle went to the army, left as soon as he had enough money," Dad explained to me. Understandable I guess but I mean they all had a bad relationship with their dad so why didn't dad leave with uncle Felix.
"How come...how come you never went with uncle Felix?" I hesitated. Dads look changed, sort of hardened.
"He never told me when he was going to leave, you were only a few months and I couldn't leave you, hell I couldn't just leave and take you with me without knowing where we would go," Dads voice went stiff.
"You really going to leave again tomorrow, to find uncle Merle?" I asked after a few minutes changing the subject.
He can't leave me, not when he just came back.
"I'm sorry princess, but he's family and we more or less need him with us. He had the experience and the balls," Dad told me his body stiffening as he said it.
