My attention went from August to Mel.

I ran over to him as I touched him softly.

He jumped until he looked at me.

"Mommy," he said dryly as I shushed him to stop talking.

His little eyes were droopy but a blood clot was on the back of his head.

"Why didn't you clean the blood ,"I yelled running to find a wet cloth.

"I was too busy calling you ,"he said as I dapped Mel's head lightly with the damp cloth.

"You still could of tended to him," I said as he got up and came by me.

"I'm sorry ,"he said as I ignored him.

"Tie her up please ,"I said as he sighed and did as I told him

Mel winced in pain as I cleaned the dried up blood.

"She's gonna pay baby boy,"I said kissing his cheek .

"Rest up we're leaving soon ,"I said pulling a blanket over his little body .

Who the hell abuses a four year old like this?

"Bitch about to pay fuckin with my baby ,"I said to myself stomping into the room August was tying her up in.

"Shut the fuck up ,"I said pushing him out the way as his boney ass flew backwards.

"Nicki calm down,"August said as I looked over at him crazily .

"Calm down? Your hoe abuses our son and you telling me to calm down ."

He sighed.

"I'm sorry fa cheating,"he said as I rolled my eyes.

"Now is not the time August."

"Then when is there time Ma,I'm ready ta come home."

"August no ,"I said sniffing.

He grabbed my arm as I landed in his arms.

"I'm sorry ,"he said planting kisses on my face.

His lips landed on mine as I bit his lip and pulled back.

"Like I said now is not the time,"I said as he licked his lips.

Amber watched us as her brown eyes stared at August and I.

"See sweetie a dog always comes back home to its owner,"I said laughing .

August sucked his lips.

I picked up a sharp knife as I ran it across Ambers face.

She winced as her eyes closed and she shooked a little.

I laughed devishly aloud.

"Ni..,"August started to say as I looked at him pointing the knife inches from his neck.

"What ,"I yelled angrily.

"Don't hurt her,"he said staring me down as I rolled my eyes.

"She hurt OUR son and you telling me to calm down and not hurt your little bitch!As far as I'm concerned you can get tied up along with her."

The doorbell rung as August and I looked at each other.

I looked at Amber as she looked away.

"Who the fuck did you call ,"I asked grabbing a handful of her hair.

Silence .

"Check her phone August ,"I said peeping out the window.

I saw two guys faces that I'd never forget.

Dan and Kev.

"August its Meek and his boys ,"I said panickly.
