Austin's P.O.V

'Her lips are so soft'. He felt her slowly stop moving as he kissed her soft lips. They fitted perfectly on his. He held her face as he kissed her then reluctantly released her lips. He smiled at her slightly then quickly noticed the pure fear in her eyes. He quickly let her go feeling her tremble under him as well. 'Oh fuck! I seriously screwed up this time! I have to fix it.'

Maria was slowly backing closer to the wall touching her lips. 'T-they felt so good.' She thought but then looked to the side trying to ignore her thoughts. "If you're going to do something to me then hurry up! J-just don't make it too noticeable." She closed her eyes tight as her memories flooded her brain.

"I'm not going to hurt you I swear. I'm so sorry for what I did." He watched as she slowly opened her eyes looking back at him. He was trying to control his anger. 'What the hell have those bastards done to her!'

Maria's P.O.V

'What the hell is he trying to pull here!?' She questioned herself. As she looked at him she could the honesty in his voice. She also noticed something else. Anger. He's eyes were red with rage. 'Did I not react the way he wanted? What is he going to do?' She started trembling and lowered her head. She quickly shot it back up when she felt and big hand come down on it. She looked and saw his soft smile and eyes warm to her. She began to blush and lowered her eyes as his hand moved to her cheek. "I could never hurt my mate. Maria...what can I do to make you trust me?" He asked. His voiced sounded hurt as he spoke to her. She closed her eyes enjoying the soft tingles his hand was giving her. "I...I don't know Austin." She admit finally after awhile. She looked up and saw his world world crash in front of her. "I...I've never been trusting of people...I don't know if I can be now." She explained. She got up quickly and started for the door to be stopped by two arms wrapping around her waist. "Please...don't leave." She heard his soft husky voice in her ear. It took everything in her to fight her wolf. She wanted to turn to him and hold him in her embrace. Scream she'd always be by his side. 'Ha! T-that's never going to happen...he only wants one thing.' She thought to herself. More of trying to convince herself. "Please." He spoke again. "I'll do anything...give me a week. I swear I'll show you that you can trust me." He begged.
"Fine. You have a week." She muttered in the deadest tone she could conjure. 'He's was willing to do anything for me?' She thought of what happened when the last guy said those words to her. She quickly brought her hand up to her neck and shivered. "I'm not him." He whispered to her sending chills down her back. She wiped around and saw the anger in his eyes return. "I'll never force you to do anything. And if I ever find him." He growled. "Then Eric will die a slow painful death." His voice was dead serious. She could feel a slight smile forming on her lips. Just the thought of him dead made her happy. She shook it away tho.
"Show me then that you're not him." She lead him out the room. Once he was on the other side she sank back to the floor. Her hand quickly rose to her lips. She could still feel the tingles from there kiss. It felt like nothing she's ever felt before. On the other side Austin was doing the same. He smiled thinking to himself. 'I will win your heart!' He walked off down the hall thinking of what's next to come.
