The Alpha and The Mute Mate

Chapter 1: The Meeting Part 1

Xavier POV:

I woke up to feeling like something good is about to happen to me today. I got up went to get some clean clothes to take a shower, after I got out of the shower I got dressed and went down stairs to go eat for breakfast before I had to go do some paper work for the pack since I am the new alpha and everything, all I need is to find my mate and all will be completed and my wolf has been all jumpy today and he keeps whispering a word and I cant figure it out. I got so lost in my thoughts that I didn't notice I was already downstairs in the kitchen, I looked over at the dinner table and notice that my mom and dad was already up and by the facial expression I knew they were using their personal mind link which hopefully I will get to do with my mate soon.

As I was getting something to eat before I go on a quick run to check on all of the warriors that was on patrol last night. I walked up to my mom and dad and gave mom a kiss on the cheek and a hug to my dad.

"Morning Mom,Dad" I said to them both as I sat down.

"Morning Xavier" My dad said to me

"Morning Son" My mom said with a smile

After the morning greetings and the occasional talk of pack business and what we were going to do today; I told them I was going out for a quick run to check up on things and that I would be back to do the paper work.

They said ok and I was out the door and when I jumped off of the stairs in mid air I was already shifted into my black wolf, first I will describe my wolf which I am very proud to admit that I love being a alpha wolf because my wolf is all black but my right paw looked like it was dipped in white paint and I had a sneaky suspicion that my mate will have black on her left paw but hey that is just a suspicion of mine but my wolfs name is blaze. Once I let blaze in control for a bit I came upon me Beta and Best friend since we were children I spotted his wolf instantly since he is all grey.

I decided to talk to him through mind link since it was easier to do since I don't have any clothes with me since I shredded them when I shifted.

" Hey Dale, how is everything going?" I asked

" Alpha Snow, Everything is fine on this side just fixing to switch shifts" He said

" Ok thanks Dale and I will be in my office incase anything happens mind link me or alert my dad" I said

I ran back home, I seen that my mom had put some clothes out on the porch since mine was in pieces, I picked them up in my mouth and scratched at the door and when the door opened my mom looked at me with a warm smile and let me in. As I went by my mom rubbed me behind my ears and I rubbed up against her legs like when I was a little pup. When I made it up the stairs I went and took anther shower I got dressed again and went into my office and got started on the paperwork.
