Chapter 2: The Meeting Part 2

Continue Xavier POV:

It was about 2 Hours later and I got half of the paper work done and I couldn't sit still I kept fidgeting in my seat because my wolf has been like this ever since this morning and it just got worse and I wanted to go find or see who or whatever was making me and my wolf like this, I was fixing to get up and go searching for the source since I couldn't stand it any more. But that all went away when my office door opened and by the scent it was my Beta and best friend Dale.

" Come in Dale, what's up man?" I said to him

" Sorry to bother you Xavier but when me an dthe new shift for patrols were out patrolling we smelt a scent but it isn't a rogue, we think it might be a she-wolf from the neighboring pack" He said in one breath like he ran on the way here in human form instead of his wolf form.

but he wasn't finished he continued after he took a big breath

"We Brought her here and put her in the cells if you want to come and look at her and see what you want to do with her, she wouldn't talk to us maybe you can." He said

I growled a lil bit and said "Ok lets go, do she tell you anything on how she got here"

" No she didn't, we tried everything we could to get her talk but she wouldn't budge" he said

"Ok lets go to the cells" I said and we left my office and shut the front door on the way out. We just walked the short distance in the woods to were our cell buildings where and as we got closer I smelt the most intoxicating scent ever.

"Do you smell that" I said in a haze

"No, I don't what does it smell like?" dale said

" Like Vanilla and strawberries" I said groaning a little bit.

When we got closer to the smell I stopped and looked at the most beautiful wolf I have ever laid eyes on. She had pure white fur and bright blue eyes and her left paw looked like it was dipped in paint like my right paw was dipped in white, I figured out that my suspicion was right all along that she as made for me. She was also small maybe like 5'4"-5'5".

My wolf was jumping up and down inside my head "MATE,MATE,MATE!"

"Shift" I said in a soft voice so she wouldn't get scared because that is the last thing that I want to happen, I don't want her scared of me or any of us.

She kept her head down as a sign of respect towards me and for some reason it upset me a little but she shouldn't do that sine she is my mate and future luna.

I almost faced palmed myself when she shook her head so I grabbed the blanket from the bed and wrapped it around her and she shifted and I was blown away, she had black hair and the bluest eyes I have ever seen.
