Chapter 20:Grayson Smith

(A/N: I know its been at least a year since I started this book and updated but im back.)

Xav POV:

As I have my mate in my arms, me and my wolf was calming down little by little as i looked up and seen everyone in the living,room looking at me I sighed and said to my sister

" take zar up to your room and keep her busy for a while,I got some research to do about this guy." I told her.

"Ok Xav, come on Zar lets go do our nails and watch some movies." Jules said and when Zar got up from my lap and I got up too and kissed Zars forehead an I pulled back and watched her go up the stairs with my sister.

I turned to my parents and her parents and motioned for them to follow me to my office, as we were walking down the hallway I begin to think of why did my mate have to go through that? Why did this Grayson guy want my mate for? And when I find him I will be his worse nightmare.

We reached my office and I inclines my head to the chairs across from me and both mine and her parents sat down and i looked at her parents and asked

" How do you know Grayson Smith?"

"Well he was a friend from high school and he had a crush on my wife here and when I turned of age to find my mate,I happen to smell this delicious scent and I followed it and seen Grayson and Lucy talking and I walked up there and wrapped my arms around her and said MINE and that's when Grayson's mind set changed and he had this look in his eyes but it was gone as quickly as it came and he left that day and we never seen or heard from him since..until that accident invloving Czarina" Mr.Williams said

I nodded at him and we talked for a bit more until I heard a knock at the door so I said "come in" when the door opened I seen jules and Zar walking in. I motioned for zar to come to me and she say on my lap curled up.  I looked at everyone and dismissed them for the night.

"Hey Princess, how bout we go on a date Friday just the two of us around 7pm? I asked her

She looked up and smiled me an i almost melted right there and i kniw my wolf is purring and wagging his tail.

"I would love that Xavier" she said. I couldnt keep the smile iff of my face when she talked, she is getting louder day by day and I'm so proud of her. There are days where she has to write but thats ok with me after that we went to our room and climed into bed in each others arms an fell asleep. I cant wait for our date on Friday.
