Chapter 22: Date Part 2

Xavier POV:

As soon as Czarina and her parents left, I had a sense of longingness of watching her leave my house but I then perked up when I remembered our date tonight.

I turned away from the door and walked into the living room to my parents and sat down on the chair across from them and looked at them in their own little world just like me an my Love.

" Hey dad, can I ask you a question?" I asked

"Sure son, what is it?" He looked at me and said

" How did you know mom was the one?" I asked curiously

He laughed an looked over to mom and held her hand and looked at her wistfully like she was the only one that he see's.

" Well it was a rough start to say the least, I was walking down our high school and I wasn't paying attention, next thing I knew I ran into this beautiful creature.. her books flying everywhere and she fell on her butt, I apologized and she looked at me like she wanted to hit me but she didn't all she did was just look at me an poked my chest with her finger and told me "To watch where I was going" she turned and walked away with her hair flowing in the wind, and I knew she was the one because of her personality, after that incident everything was history. I took your mom out for a date over the lookout with fairy lights and a nice picnic set up and I asked her to marry me and that was that" He said as he looked at mom.

She looked back him and laughed. " I will never forget that first meeting and that day you asked me" mom said and kissed dad on the lips.

"Well hun, we better leave him to get ready for tonight" mom said to dad and they took their leave upstirs. I cant wait for that to be me and Zar.

As I walked into my room i heard Zarina in my head

" Hello " she said

"Hey babygirl" I said a second later

" I just want to let you know I'm gonna take a nap before our date, I'm just tired from all the excitement" she said to me.

"Ok sweetheart, I will see you later" I said back to her, ad then there was silence.

I went upstairs and got into my room and I looked at the clock and it was about 4pm so I decided to get some paperwork done for the pack.

* 2 hours later*

It was about 6pm when I finally got the paperwork done and I'm so glad about that, the only reason I haven't gone crazy was the date I had with my mate tonight speaking of which I have to go get ready for.

I left my office and went to my room to take a shower and got ready. I had Black jeans a nice button up shirt an my combat boots on. I got into my car and went to the flower shop, got some flowers for her an went to her house.

I parked the car an got out an went up to the front door and knocked, as I waited I heard the door open and seen the most beautiful sight.. My mate is in a white sunflower dress and her hair is up in a cute up-do and she has white converses on.

" Hi sweetheart" I said to her

" Hi Xavier" she said, I noticed she is trying to speak more instead of signing which I don't care either way but I love hearing her voice more.

" I got these flowers for you" I said and handed them to her.

" Thank you, I love them, why don't you come on in so I can put them in a vase then we can go" She said and took them from my hands, I followed her in the kitchen an as soon as she was done we left.

As we approached the car I went ahead of her and opened the door for her, She smiled and kissed my cheek as in thanks, she got in and I closed the door and got in myself and we drove off.

We approached the restaurant and I done the same thing as when I picked her up; we made it inside and got to our table and sat down a crossed from each other.

" How was your nap?" I asked

" It was good thank you for asking, how was your day?" Zar said

" Not to bad, just done some paperwork for the pack to make sure everything is ok" I replied back to her.

Conversation flowed freely throughout dinner, she was quiet sometimes but that was ok I didn't mind she is used to not talking but I took that time to admire her. As we were leaving I grabbed her hand and intertwined our fingers, she looked down and smiled at our hands, she started to swing them between us which I thought was cute.

As I as driving home I could hear her hum along with the radio and smiled at her. As we approached her house I stopped the car and got out and let her out. We walked up to the door and we faced each other, she started to blush "So innocent" I thought to myself an smiled at her. I leaned in ad kissed her lips.

She had such soft lips and don't get me started on the sparks that was coursing through us, I put my hands on her waist and her hands found their way into my hair and tugged, finally we pulled away from each other and smiled as I put my forehead against hers. I finally pulled away.

" I had a good time tonight Zar, maybe we can do this again?" I said to her

" I would love that, maybe we can go run together so we can let our wolves out" She replied back.

I Nodded and said " yea sounds like a good plan to me, well I better get going but I will talk to you later, goodnight precious".

" Good night and ok be careful going home" she said

" I will" I replied.

I walked to my car and left as soon as I seen her get in to the house, I eventually made it home and went to my room and fell on my bed after I changed to my night clothes. I fell asleep with a smile on my face and thinking of my beautiful mate.
