Chapter 16: Dinner with the Snows Part 2

Xavier POV

As we got into my car we headed to my parents house to eat dinner, As we were driving down the road I took a peak over at Zar and seen that she had a small smile on her face and I reached over the console and grabbed her hand from her lap she looked over at me and smiled real big at me and intertwined our fingers together.

We finally made it to my parents house and once we pulled up to the house I parked the car and went around to the passenger side and helped her out the vehicle and we didn't make it two steps until Zar almost fell over from my sister tackling her into a hug and Jules started squealing really loud and I was about to growl and tell my sister to get off her until I heard a bell like laugh come from my beautiful little mate.

" Hey Zar, Xavier" Jules said smiling

"Hey sis" I said

"Hey Jules" Zar said quietly so quiet that any normal human couldn't hear. I looked at Jukes and she had a surprised and shocked looked on her face then all of a sudden she screamed really loud and I had to cover my ears and I saw Zar cringe a little. When Jules screamed my mom and dad came running out the house looking frantic.

"What happened we heard Jules scream?" Mom said

" Is Everyone ok?" my dad said

" Everything is fine, Jules just screamed because-" I was cut off by Jules

"Zar can talk now" Jules said excitedly jumping up and down while clapping her hands.

My parents had shocked looks on their faces and my mom had a happy look on her face when my sister said that. My mom gave me a hug and kiss on the cheek and did the same to Zar and my dad gave me a hug than went over to my little mate and gave her a big hug, she just laughed and we all went inside to the dinner table and sat down.

" This is good Mrs. Snow" Zar said

I looked up and seen my mom had tears in her eyes and smiling a little. I seen my dad had a huge smile on his too and he looked over at mom and his mate and grabbed her hand and squeezed it. I took a look at my mate and she was eating away with a smile on her face.

"Thank you Honey" My mom said to Zar.

"So Xavier have you thought anymore about the rouge situation" My dad said

"Dad not now please I want to enjoy this time with Zar" I said

" ok son that's fine, why don't we head up to your office and let the girls talk amongst them selves" My dad said

I turned to Zar and kissed her lips and said " I will be back in a few minutes I just have to talk to my dad about Pack business."

She nodded and smiled, I watched her walk towards my mom and sister in the kitchen. Me and dad went to my office and I sat in my seat and looked across from my dad and we started talking about the rogues.

We went down after a few hours of going over plans, patrols and getting ahold of other packs and getting their help and status on rouge spotting's around the area, as we were walking down the stairs I saw my mate on the couch with mom and Jules laughing and looking at something and I heard her giggle so I got curious and walked behind them and seen they had baby photos of me and Jules when we were little. Zar picked up a photo of me and Jules in the bath tub and I flushed red and grabbed the photo from her and hid it behind my back and my mom, dad, and sister laughed at us while I was trying to keep the picture away from Zar.

After that little escapade we said goodbye to my parents and I took her home and once we got there I walked her to her front door and we said goodnight and I wrapped my arms around her waist and she put her hand around my neck and I leaned down to kiss her as my lips touched hers I growled in acceptance and backed her up into her door and kissed her with all my might and she kissed me back, I broke away and put my forehead against hers and we both started breathing heavy and I put my head in her neck and nuzzled my nose and took a deep breath to take in her scent. I pulled away and kissed her one more time and said goodbye to her, I got into my car as she waved and she went inside and I drove home and got into bed.
