altough you both traveled to Liyue for different reasons, you understood each other splendidly and were glad you didn't have to take on this journey on your own.
Aether and Paimon were great companions, and kept you entertained while you lead them the way from Dawn Winery to the city of contracts.
the little flying child told you various facts about the places you went to, while you occasionally added a few remarks. Aether intensly listened to everything told to him, especially when it came from you.
your smooth voice always managed to calm him down and give him a sense of warmth. bubbly feelings rose up whenever you walked next to him or when your hands accidentally brushed against each other. the elegance you emitted was truly breathtaking and he just couldn't take his eyes off of you for most of the time.
of course his little floating companion noticed this and decided to tease him with sly teases about his flushed face. Paimon just received a glare and some mumbling neither of you two understood.
you just watched the two with amusement, it was pleasant to have someone travel at your side. you were often on adventures or business trips for your own city, on the way you made a few friends especially in Liyue.

after you three managed to cross stone gate, you eventually arrived in Dihua Marsh. blue bodies of water stretched across the landscape and a few vibrant yellow bushes here and there completed the stunning scenery.
Aether was in awe of the beauty of this view, in the distant he saw huge mountains surrounding a big tree and what seemed like a house in the crown of it in a totally different architecture than the one he saw in Mondstadt.
it seemed like a completely different world and Aether couldn't help but hope that you would be by his side to explore all this beauty.
secretly he wished when he finds Lumine, you two would be able to meet. he couldn't wait to reunite with his kin and introduce you to each other, Aether was sure you would get along splendidly.
all while he was in his thoughts and admiring the view, you turned to him with a gracious smile adorning your lips.
