After the incident:
He left without a trace, no memo, no explanation, nothing that could explain why he stopped existing in your life. You could remember the last time you hung out, you both went out to dinner together for your 2nd date, a day you wish you could relive for the rest of your life. He showered you with pecks of kisses as you made it to the restaurant, he promised to pay for dinner and have you eat what ever your heart desired, and bought you the most beautiful necklace with tiny diamonds lined around the design. He gave you all the attention you could want, he listened to you about anything you could have your brain come up with. "You're so beautiful when you talk.  It's like listening to an angel singing~" he knew his way with words, you completely melted in your seat with flustered giggles. After your meal you both walked together back to your home to relax, you invited him to sleep over which he gladly accepted right away, settling down on the couch you both snuggled close and watched one of your favorite horror movies. "It's always the ones you least suspect to be the killers, huh?" You lazily rolled your head on his shoulder as you continued to watch, "you'd be surprised how many innocent people could have so much rage in them. It's human nature" Bob looked down at you as he spoke. He wasn't wrong. People have animalistic tendencies when it comes to their emotions, lust, rage, it was something raw that each person has tried to keep locked away for all their life. We as humans evolved to train our actions to be under control, but it could never  make those decisions disappear from the deepest parts of our minds. You frowned a bit at that thought so you thought you could lighten the mood, in a jokily way you asked Bob, "So does that make a good person like you a murder?" You chuckled. Bob glared at you with a serious concern on his face, he almost seemed...worried. "Don't joke like that, Y/N." He huffed out as he turned away in what seemed to be anger. You were confused, you were just being funny- why was he acting all upset because of it? "Did I say something wrong? I was just trying to be funny" you sat up and tried to hold his hand, he instantly ripped it away and faced you in a snap. "You shouldn't be joking around about shit like that- it isn't right! Just shut up-" those last words seemed to sting you hard. He looked like he was about to do something regrettable, his smile now was a teeth grinding frown with his eyes narrowed with anger, at that moment he reminded you awfully like your father. "I-I'm sorry bob.." your words choked out in fear, you never got to experience seeing Bob angry before, and it felt worse knowing that anger was directed towards you. He snapped out from his rage and immediately pulled you into a hug, "I'm sorry Darlin.. I don't know what took over me. Today at work had been stressful I guess.. I didn't mean to take it out on you." He planted a kiss on your forehead and watched your eyes well with tears. "I..I better be going- I shouldn't be here with all this emotion built up." Bob said as he wiped your tears away, you didn't want him to go but you could understand why he wanted to leave. You should of begged him to stay over still, maybe then he wouldn't have disappeared after that whole accident. But, with his last wave goodbye you waited patiently for his next phone call, you waited for a few days, a week, and then those weeks turned into a month. You went into Boys N' Grills trying to see where he was, but everyone who had worked there said he quit randomly the day after you two were together. You started to panic. You went to the police station, to neighbors, to anyone you could to see if they had any idea where Bob could of gone. While the police couldn't do much to help in the situation, they did find it suspicious how after he disappeared about two bodies have been found dismembered that same night. You didn't believe that Bob would do such a thing like that- sure he might have a temper, but he would never do anything to harm anyone. It was during that time you realized how dangerous it had begun to enter night alone, more and more people have been disappearing throughout the town, most bodies found the Same way those two bodies were found that first night. After almost no answer from Bob in months you'd figured he might of gotten hurt; you felt a pain of guilt tear knowing you must of been the reason why he disappeared. You moved from your house during the time and decided to lock yourself away from the world around you. Your new neighbor once tried to greet you, she walked to your front door and knocked with such gentle care, you opened the door to see this tall woman with purple cut hair with a matching purplish dress that draped beautifully on her. "Excuse me! Sorry to bother you so early in the day, but I would love to introduce myself as your new neighbor and friend! I'm Lila, and this is my son Skid" she patted the little boy on the head, he looked exactly like her expect with more boyish looks. He smiled up at you and handed a lollipop to you, you smiled and took it with care from his hand, what a adorable kid! "I know you must not want to talk right now but I figured I drop off these things to welcome you in!" She handed you a basket of gifts and sweets that littered the inside. "Thank you, Lila. I'm Y/N, pleasure to have you as my neighbor" you took her hand and shook it firmly. Her and Skid waved goodbye to you as they made their way back to their home, you sighed happily. You best give them something back in return. After a long day of curled up in a ball on your bed and you watching mindless television as you sulked you decided to bake some cookies to get your mind off your depression. I'm sure if Bob loved them that Lila and her son could too! Knock knock ~ you stood waiting outside their house with a plate of cookies all fresh and ready to be eaten, without a moment to spare Lila opened the door and was shocked to see you greeting her. "Hey.. I wanted to say thanks for the gifts, and I figured the best way to return my welcome is by baking you some of my grandmas cookies." You handed her the plate, "just make sure to give back the rest when you are finished." She looked down at the cookies and popped one in her mouth, immediately she started to squeal with excitement. "Wow! You made these yourself? This is amazing! Skid dear! Come here, the new neighbor baked some sweets for us!" The two of them chowed down on your bakery as you stood their with a smile, she noticed you standing awkwardly as you waited. "Come on in! Let's chat while we enjoy more of these delicious cookies!"
