"Hi Ji." He sat in front of her. Lunch break. At the cafeteria. "Let's eat."

Jisoo was about to stand up when Haein held her on the wrist.

"Where are you going?" Haein asked, confused.

"I am already done."

"Can't you stay? Keep my company until I finish." He pouted on his food.

She sat again. She might not like men but she was not rude. She stayed as she watched him out.

Thank you. He mouthed as he dug on his plate. She smiled.

For the past few days she had been conflicted with how she felt for him. His persistence had somehow reached her heart, but still not enough to make her crumble. Their bickerings lessened.

He really shifted from a womanizer mad man to a totally whipped kid. Just for her.

He would hear from Insub and Mingue how he had been declining to go out with them, or he would drink alone at home. She chose to ignore all of those. That wall is still there.

She continued to watch him eat, a lot of questions on her head.

Will there be a chance for them? No one knows.

Him

Goodjob Haein. You did not fight today. Let's continue to behave.

This is a good sign. Let's keep it rolling.

Her

Why the sudden change? Is he really serious now?

No Jisoo. STOP. Stop being delusional thinking he will change for you.

And even if he really changed for you, you haven't moved on really.

He will never accept your past.

Especially Chelsea.

"Mama………."

Jisoo smiled automatically when she saw the cute little angel running towards her.

Chelsea. My baby

"How was school?" Chelsea wrapped her small arms on her shoulder as Jisoo sat down on the couch.

"Nothing new mama." The little kid sat on her lap. She showered Jisoo kisses on the face.

"What do you want?" Jisoo knows she's up for something, thus the kisses.

"Candies." She took another swift kiss on her face.

She reached for her shoulder bag and handed her out a small pouch of chocolate candies. "Just 5 for today baby, okay?"

She nodded and happily ran through her room.

Chelsea is 4 years old, turning 5 in a month. Time had come so fast. She had her when she was 22. Now, she has grown into a very happy and smart kid.

It was hard to raise a kid alone. Financially and emotionally. But seeing her grow up like this, she couldn't help but be proud.

But after she started pre school, her worries started to appear. She started to look for someone.
