THIRD PERSON'S POV

Jake slowly opened his eyes. He looked on his side and saw Sunghoon. He was about to call him when he felt a warm pair of hands holding his. He looked down and saw Jay.

Jake squeezed Jay's hand. The older looked up and sat up immediately.

"Hey.... How are you?"

Jake smiled.

"I'm okay."

"You passed out are you sure you're okay?"

Jay went to wipe the tears that Jake didn't even realize that fell.

"Yes I'm fine..."

Jay smiled before he stood up. He glanced at Sunghoon.

"I'll.... I'll leave you both."

Jake nodded as Jay went outside the room. Sunghoon sat on Jay's place as he looked at Jake.

"How are you feeling?"

"I already told you both I'm okay."

Sunghoon brushed his hair and nodded.

"I'm.... Sorry...."

"Why are you sorry?"

"You don't have to go back to m-me. I know you're happy with Jay it's just that maybe I just hoped that there's a chance— that I have a chance but now..."

Jake reached out for his hand.

"Why don't you try giving yourself a chance too?"

"Huh?"

Jake played with his fingers. A certain familiarity washes in him.

"If you're thinking about Jay.... You should try thinking about yourself too..."

"Jake I want you to be happy—"

"Do you think I'll be happy that quick when I found out that my friend is technically my boyfriend just a year ago?"

Sunghoon stopped.

"I..."

"We only have seven days. I hope you know that."

Jake looked away at him. Sunghoon suddenly gripped his hand tighter.

"Are you really sure you want to spend your week with me? Because Jay—"

"Jay said it. And I trust him."

Sunghoon nodded.

'You really trust him that much...'

Jay suddenly knocked on the door before he peeped. He eyed their hands as he cleared his throat.

"You... You can stay here for the w-whole week.... "

Jake now realize that it's not their room. He looked at Sunghoon then back on Jay.

"I just informed you about it... I'll be going now."

"What?"

Jay cursed in his mind before he looked at Jake again.

"You can't obviously stay in our place while you're meeting Sunghoon for the week. Just enjoy your time with him ba— Jake...."

Then Jay closed the door, the same time as his tears fell.

"This will really hurt like hell...."

"

Sunghoon slowly slips his hand away from Jake.

"Where are you going?"

Sunghoon turned to him.

"I'll just accompany Jay outside."

Jake sat up.

"I want to join."

Sunghoon sighed. He slowly pushes Jake back in his bed.

"You need to rest."

"But I'm feeling fine."

Sunghoon can't help but to smile.

"Don't be too stubborn and listen to me. I'll talk to him too."

"You better not make any chaos. He's.... He's important to me.... And I don't want you to get hurt..."

Sunghoon nodded.

"I know."

Then he opened the door. He caught Jay wiping his tears.

"Hey."

Jay looked at him, surprised.

"What are you doing here? Go back inside. I won't do anything in your house."

Sunghoon shook his head.

"I'll walk you out... And I need to talk to you too."

Jay avoided his gaze.

"We don't have anything to talk about."

"Yes we do."

"I'm leaving."

But Sunghoon blocked his way.

"Even if it's only a week.... Thank you."

Jay stopped.

"You're really thanking me?"

Sunghoon looked at him and nodded.

"Yes.... What does even a thank you mean?"

Jay furrowed his eyebrows.

"Dude I'm taking him away from you after that. So why the hell are you still thanking me?"

Sunghoon shrugged.

"Because you still gave me a week to spend with him."

He tapped Jay's shoulder.

"I love him. I love Jake for real. And I do believe that you love him too.... Maybe the seven days will make those feelings disappear..."

"Disappear?"

Sunghoon smiled.

"I know he's yours. I already know it's wrong but I still pushed it. I guess it's for the better if he'll leave our memories behind."

"I don't get you."

Sunghoon looked at him.

"Maybe someday you will...."

Jay gulped and just pushed him aside.

"I'm going. See you after a week."

Then he left. Sunghoon stared at his figure before he sighed.
