THIRD PERSON'S POV
"What did the two of you talked about?"
"He apologized."
Sunghoon closed his eyes.
"Oh. That's nice. Finally a closure for you two."
"And a closure for us."
Jake became quiet.
"I can still remember the very first moment I laid my eyes on you again."
"It felt so unreal that I cried."
Sunghoon opened his eyes and smiled at Jake.
"I'm just so happy I found you again."
He moved closer and held Jake's hand.
"Can you promise me one thing?"
"Anything."
"Go where your happiness is okay?"
Jake looked at the view in front of them. But he held Sunghoon's hand tight.
"Even if it's not me anymore—"
"Do you love me?"
Sunghoon stopped.
"What?"
"Do you love me?"
"Jake—"
"I mean. I know we only have seven days and it's our last but Hoon... I don't know anymore."
"Those seven days, I just felt so alive."
Jake tears up.
"Your touch, your voice, your actions, everything is so familiar. I want to continue doing this with you because I want to spend more time with you."
"Hoon you love me right? Please tell me you—"
"I love you. I love you so much."
Jake smiled.
"Well.... I don't think I've told you yet...."
He pulled his hand away and moved closer to Sunghoon, hugging him.
"I love you too."
Sunghoon hugs Jake back.
"Please don't forget me..."
Jake shook his head.
"I'll never forget you again."
Sunghoon can't help but to cry.
"We should enjoy the sunset..."
Jake forced himself to break the hug. He rested his head on Sunghoon. And the silence entered. Both are drowned on their own thoughts.
As Sunghoon forces himself to calm down, Jake started to reminisce, this time, with more memories to remember.
"You still better call me though... When you're back there... It will take a time before I could get used without you again."
Sunghoon forced a laugh.
"What's going to happen now?"
But he tears up again at Jake's question.
"I.... I honestly don't know too..."
Jake still hasn't stopped crying. Sunghoon just stops himself before he also breaks down.
"Just when I've found the missing piece of me, I need to leave you... I'm sorry..."
"Baby. Don't be sorry..."
Jake forced a giggle.
"You called me baby."
Sunghoon bit his lip. Jake stood away from Sunghoon to wipe his tears.
"Yes. I call you baby."
"Call me baby again please?"
Sunghoon looked at Jake's eyes and nodded.
"Baby."
Jake smiled through the tears and repeated.
"Baby."
Jake holds his hand.
"Thank you for the memories...."
Sunghoon nodded.
"Thank you for giving me a chance to spend with you again."
"Hoon.... Baby.... Please do remember that I really do love you."
Sunghoon wiped his tears.
"I know... I know...."
Jake took a deep breath.
"Let's go h-home? I want your cuddles."
"I'll give you my tightest."
And they went home, hands tightly clasped on each other.
