...... Little did they know, Zenitsu and Genya heard everything while Inosuke was asleep
Zenitsu's POV
No way. Did I just hear that?! Tanjiro likes Inosuke?! I mustn't be the only one who heard it because Genya's jaw is literally on the ground right now and I'm drenched in the water he spit out from his drink. I didn't even know Tanjiro is gay. I turn to see Genya slowly turning towards me in utter shock of what he just heard. He looked at, then to the slightly cracked open door that was their room, then back at me. Slowly, a sneaky little smile grew on both of our faces. We gave each other the "You thinking what I'm thinking?" Look. We both tiptoed to our room and shut the door. We saw Nezuko exit Tanjiro's room and we pulled her into our room.
"What the fu-?!" I covered her mouth the most gentle way I can. "Shhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh" Genya hushed her while putting up his finger to his mouth. Nezuko calmed down then whispered "what's up?" She said slightly tilting her head to the side. She's too cute. "Ok don't get mad" Genya started and I could see her face turn to suspicion. "We over heard you and Tanjiro's conversation" I finished. She opened her mouth to say something but then Genya quickly cut her off "DONT WORRY!" He whispered, "We wanna help get them together!" With that, Nezuko gave us a Grinch like smile. No literally, it was the Grinch's smile and its gonna haunt my nightmares. Anyway, we decided she was gonna stay the night to "chill and watch movies". At least, that's what we told Tanjiro. He was suspicious at first, but I can understand that, it is his little sister. But we told him that Nezuko will take the couch and he said that was fine then. Genya went the extra mile to make it convincing by picking up the sleeping Inosuke off the couch and move him to his bed. As he passed with sleeping Inosuke, both me and Nezuko saw Tanjiro blush. She nudged me as I started to hold back a giggle. With that, we said goodnight to Tanjiro and giggled all the way to the couch to gossip and scheme like teenage school girls on how we were gonna get those two together.
