Putting Plan into Action

Tanjiro's POV
I woke up to the smell of breakfast again. "Genya must be cooking again" I thought to myself as I started to get up. I put on a red t shirt with some white jeans and red Converse. I put on my earnings and went out of my room into the kitchen to see that I was right. Genya was in his "kiss the chief" apron scrambling some eggs. "Good morning Genya" I said with a smile. He turned around and smiled back at me "Good morning, do you want want coffee or tea?" He asked getting out a mug. "Tea if you don't mind" "green or Jasmine?" "Jasmine, thank you" "no problem!" He said as he handed me the tea.

I was about to take a sip when I heard a door slam open. Nezuko stood there with a devilish smile on her face and behind her was Zenitsu looking like the Grinch. I look back at Genya and he too had a devilish smirk on his face. "Why are you guys smiling like that?" I asked, sort of creeped out. They looked at me and started giggling. Nezuko walked over to me and whispered the "plan" into my ear. "WHAT?! NO NEZUKO!" I screamed flustered, my face burning up at just the thought of him liking me back. "Come on Tanjiro!" Zenitsu started "You're my new favorite ship now!" Nezuko said "Yeah! I already have a name! I N O T A N" Genya said waving his hand in the air like how Disney fairy's wave their wand to make the logo appear. "Pleaseeeeeee Tanjiro!" Nezuko begged looking at me with puppy dog eyes. "What if this doesn't work?" I asked concerned. "Then he isn't the one for you, Tanjiro" Zenitsu said. He had a point, if he doesn't like me back then it may be a good thing. I don't want to date someone if they don't like me back, and if he does then I do date him! It's a win-win situation when you put it like that! "Ok ok, so how do you guys plan on finding out if he is gay?"
I asked

They all looked happily at each other, then Nezuko ran to me and hugged me. "Thank you for letting us do this for you!!" She said squeezing me but not to hard to where I can't breathe. "Ok ok" I said laughing "Thank you for helping" I said smiling. "Ok enough with the sappy shit! Let's tell him the first part!" Zenitsu butted in. Nezuko and Zenitsu sat me down while Genya went to bring Inosuke breakfast in bed so that he doesn't hear us, sort of like a distraction. "Ok" Nezuko said clapping her hands together whispering so Inosuke didn't hear us. "Today we are going to take him out for a stroll around the town (sort of like we are showing him around because him and Genya are sort of new to this town) and point out cute guys we see and see if he agrees or not, if he doesn't show any clear signs, then at the end I'm just gonna ask him what his pronouns and sexuality is to show respect. If he does say he is gay, bi, or pan, then we move on to phase 2. Seeing if he likes you too. We will all go to an amusement park and me, Zenitsu, and Genya are going to split from you two and observe him from a far. If we see him blush at you, take your hand, or anything like that, Genya will pull him aside, point out what we saw and ask him if he likes you. If he says no then he isn't for you, but if he says yes we move into phase 3, getting you two together. Which is simple, we get one of you two to build up enough confidence to ask one another out!" She said smiling, "wow, how long did it take you guys to plan this?" I asked a bit surprised if how precise she was. It did sound like a great plan "last night for about like 10 minutes after fan girling over you two for about an hour >:)" she said "ok sounds good!" "I hope this works"

   Meanwhile

Genya's POV
"Inosuke, Inosuke wake up" I whispered shaking him. He woke up and I gave him his food "I'm so excited to see if he likes Tanjiro " "thanks Genya, what's the special occasion? You hate when I eat in bed and usually you encourage me not too" he said with one brow raised "damn he knows me too well" "Well, The Kamados and Zenitsu offered to show us around town because we are new around here. I guess I'm just excited to see the town and what new things are here. And who knows? Maybe they will have a tempura shop" I said, with that he smiled and said he would love to join. "I'll tell them you would love to join, you enjoy your food" I said walking out as he started digging in. I closed the door behind me and I see all of them turn there heads towards me "I told him that you all have offered us a tour of the town and he said he would love to go!" I whisper. They all did that whisper "yes" while putting their first in the air. "And phase one begins"
