"Sasuke, I'm at point B."

"Sakura, I'm at point C."

"Y/n, I'm at point D."

It was quiet for a few seconds before Naruto finally spoke. "Naruto, I'm at point A, believe it." I rolled my eyes at the last part the blonde added.

"You're slow, Naruto." Kakashi Sensei said with irritation evident in his voice. "Okay, squad 7. Hmm?" Kakashi Sensei paused. "The target has moved!" Our Sensei yelled into the earpiece. "Follow it!" He ordered.

At his order, we all left our place to follow the target. The target stopped moving so we hid behind trees near it so it wouldn't see us. "Over there." Naruto pointed out.

We all moved just a little closer. "What's your distance from the target?" Kakashi asked through the earpiece.

"Five meters," Naruto informed. "I'm ready, just give the signal."

"I'm ready too." Sasuke notified.

"So am I," Sakura said.

"Same." That was all I said

"Okay..." Kakashi started. "now!" He ordered.

All at once the four of us jumped from our place to grab the target. "I got him, I got him," Naruto yelled while struggling with the cat in his arms. Naruto lay on the grass while the cat attempted to scratch him over and over again whilst Sakura and I stood off to the side and watched.

"Can you verify ribbon, right ear?" Kakashi Sensei questioned.

Without even looking back at the scene of Naruto losing a fight with a cat Sasuke answered Kakashi's question. "Affirmative, we got a positive ID."

"Right, lost pet Torah captured. Mission accomplished." Our Sensei said.

I got tired of seeing Naruto get beat up by a cat so I grabbed Torah and held her in my arms instead. She immediately bit my arm but it didn't hurt since it was being covered by my bandages. Naruto got up from the grass and looked irritated. "Can't we get a better mission than this? I hate cats!" The blonde yelled into the earpiece. After his yelling there was feedback so I took the earpiece off.

Sakura and Sasuke both glared at Naruto and after he got hit a few times by the pink-haired girl we went back to the office we receive missions from and give Torah back to her owner. I handed Torah to her owner and the cat was brought into a tight hug looking like the life was being squeezed out of her. "Oh, my poor little Torah. Mommy was so worried about her naughty little fuzzykins, yes."

Naruto laughed at the cat getting squeezed as we all stood to the side and watched. "Stupid cat. That kitty deserves to be squashed." Naruto continued to laugh.

"No wonder he ran away," Sakura muttered and I nodded my head in agreement with her. If I was that cat I would run away too.

While the woman told her cat how much she missed her the third Hokage was telling us about our next mission. "Now, then, for squad 7's next mission, we have several available tasks." The Hokage looked at a piece of paper that was in his hand and let out a 'huh'. "Among them, babysitting the chief counselor's 3-year-old, helping his wife to do the shopping, digging up potatoes, and-" The Third Hokage was cut off by Naruto.

"No!" Naruto let out a long shout. Immediately everyone in the room had their eyes on him. "I was to go on a real mission, something challenging and exciting, not this little kid stuff. Come on old man!" The blonde complained as he put his arms in the shape of an 'X'.

For the first time, I agreed with Naruto. These aren't missions these are chores that people are too lazy to do themselves. I mean I'm pretty sure the chief counselor's wife can go shopping without anyone's help. I was taken out of my thoughts when Iruka stood up slamming his hands on the table. "How dare you?" He yelled at the blonde boy. "You're just a brand-new Genin with no experience. Like everyone else, you start with simple missions to develop your skills and prove yourself."
