After a few seconds, Tommy started doing his famous screaming as Phil just shook his head. Tubbo and Ranboo decided to run upstairs and shut themselves in their room. Sapnap was smirking, Quackity's face was screwed up laughing, and Karl was blushing like crazy. Tommy started spewing out random phrases, then managed to say, "What...the...YOU GUYS ARE DATING?".
Quackity burst out laughing again. "How did you not know?" Quackity asked, doubling over. Then Dream, George, Niki, Puffy, Sam and Ponk burst in and Puffy screamed, "WHAT THE HECK IT TOMMY?" Tommy just stared for a second then burst out laughing. As a flustered Karl tried (and failed) to explain what Tommy had just discovered, Dream and George looked at each other, then at Sapnap, then back at each other, then started laughing. "It's about time," Dream said while wheezing. "This has been going on for, like 7 months."
"SEVEN WHOLE MONTHS!?!" Tommy yelled. "AND I DIDN'T KNOW THIS?" Tubbo and Ranboo ran downstairs, this time Ranboo was holding a fire extinguisher and Tubbo holding a shovel in a very dangerous way.
"WHERE'S THE FIRE?" Tubbo shouted. "Fire? What fire?" Sam asked. "Okay never mind." Ranboo said. Then they put the extinguisher and shovel to the side. Dream continued laughing, and Tommy turned back to Quackity and continued his yelling. Schlatt and Wilbur calmly walked down, hand in hand, and just stopped and looked at the mess unfolding for a second. Then Wilbur put his head on Schlatt's shoulder even though he's taller, and then they walked back upstairs.
Eventually the minors headed back upstairs, and the adults stayed downstairs. "So are we going to discuss this or not?" Puffy finally asked. "What is there do discuss? They're dating, so? So are we." Niki replied, confused. "Wait, what?" George asked. "The fact that you just so casually dropped that into the conversation is hilarious." Karl said. Dream was, you guessed it reader, doing his wheezing laugh. Again. "Dream, are you sure that you're okay? You keep on wheezing." George said. "Wow George, you're suddenly caring for him all the sudden." Sapnap said, smirking. Then George did his stuttering and blushing and just made the whole situation look funny. Sam looked from Dream to George, then back again. Then did it again. Then he shook his head and left.
Up in Purpled and Tommy's shared room, the minors were sitting on the chairs and reencountering what had occurred downstairs since Purpled hadn't seen what had happened. "...and Sapnap, Big Q, and Karl were cuddling on the couch!" Tommy exclaimed. "And uh, they're still talking to the adults about it!" Added Tubbo. "Guys, it's not that big of a deal. They're adults, they can do whatever they want." Purpled said. The other kids stared. "What?" Purpled asked. "How about we don't talk about this." Ranboo suggested. "Sure."
