the amazing spider-duck(man) | QUACKNAP

the city of LA is beautiful.

quackity woke up to a message from karl that was sent at four in the morning. it was the design of the spider-man suit. quackity fell in love with it immediately. it was red and blue with black webs and white eyes. it was a simple design that was different and perfect.

quackity sent a message of gratitude before sending it in to his local designer. they agreed to do it for a couple hundred. quackity agreed. it came in a week later. the design was real in his hands now. he tried it on and it fit perfectly, and it was also flexible.

he walked out from his backyard and walked into an alleyway. he put his hands on the wall and repeated the process he did in his garage. he climbed onto the roof and let out a soft laugh.

"this is still so insane!"

he stood on the roof and looked around, he could see other roofs near and other buildings. he walked backwards before running towards the edge and jumping. he tumbled onto the next roof. he stood up and breathed harshly.

"okay, maybe that's something to work on."

this time he looked around and shot his web at a taller building. he held onto it and ran with it off the building and swung to the next building. he crashed into the window and fell onto the floor.

luckily the place looked abandoned.

he climbed out the window and climbed onto the roof. he laid himself down and stared at the sky. he had been getting his first adrenaline rush. he laughed and smiled thinking that this could be his life.

after a few hours of swinging around the city he ended up on the busiest part. he sat on the roof and watched over the edge. he watched all the traffic and the street lights.

it was so beautiful. he had never seen the city like that before— well obviously. it's not easy to get into a roof.

he sat in deep thought. was it luck that he got bit by the spider or was it a curse?

either way he felt grateful to know that he could be LA's next greatest hero.
