Taekook One Shots (Top Tae Version)

3rd person POV 

When Taehyung opened his eyes, all he could process was the bright annoying light and the strong smell of medicine. He let out a groan and tried to sit up only to hiss in pain when his shoulder moved. Then the memories started to flow into his brain. 

He sighed and fell back to his bed. He looked around the room to find how Jungkook, Yoongi, and Hoseok are sleeping together on the couch while Jimin sleeping on his hospital bed while sitting on the chair next to his bed. 

"J-jim. J-" His voice felt drier than the Sahara desert. Jimin somehow woke up and saw how Taehyung is awake. 

"Taehyung! Wait let me call the doctor. Guys! He is awake! Wakey wakey everyone!" Jimin woke the rest of the sleeping males up before rushing out the hospital room door. 

"T-Taehyung..." Jungkook's eyes were shining in tears as he stared at the male. 

He stood up and went to Taehyung before taking Taehyung's free hand in his hands-- pecking it and keeping the backside of his hand in his face while covering his face. Taehyung could feel hot tears wetting his hands. 

"I- I'm so sorry Taehyung. I'm just so s-sorry. I love you too. I love you s-so much. I should have u-understood back then why you d-did it. I'm sorry. I'm sorry. I love you. It h-hurts, Taehyung. I love my d-dad, but I understand. It's o-okay. F-forgive me, p-please... I love you. P-please..." Jungkook mumbled while crying like a lost man. 

Taehyung wanted to speak, trust me. He really wants. But, "W-water." And so Jungkook quickly wiped his tears and poured a cup of water for Taehyung and helped him to drink it. 

"Sh... It was partially my fault too, Jungkook.  I love you too, baby. I've never stopped loving you. What you did was understandable. I would have reacted the same way. Forgive me too, baby." Taehyung muttered in a weak drowsy voice. 

Before Jungkook could say anything more, he was dragged out from the room by sope as the doctors came in.

"Lay back, Kim. And finish the soup."

"It tastes like boiled socks!" Jungkook just stared at him numbly. "How do you know? Have you ever tried boiled socks?" 

"NOO! I just said!" Taehyung said. "Please no more soup. It tastes horrible and I might throw up if I have more of it." 

"Ok ok..." Jungkook chuckled and set the bowl away. He adjusted the blanket which was on Taehyung and wiped the corner of his lips with a tissue. 

"You know what, I thought I will never forgive you. Everynight I blamed you for killing my father. I saw you as a traitor. I hated myself, you know?" Jungkook said with a casual smile. 

"I'm sor-" 

"No. I understand now. It had to be done. My father... he did lot of illegal work. But I still love him, because he had been a good father to me and no matter what, you have to chose the government, I get it. You know why I hated myself?" Jungkook asked and Taehyung shook his head cluelessly letting Jungkook do all the speaking. 

"I hated myself because even after all that, I still loved you. I loved you and it hurt me so much. But now that I think of it, I was stupid and dramatic." 

Jungkook just chuckled lowly with a small smile. His voice was neutral. His features were peaceful. 

"Kook, you know, I hated myself too. For doing all that to you. I could have explained you earlier. I shouldn't have done such a thing abruptly. I broke your heart, I know. Please give me some time, baby. I'll make it up to you. I can't heal, but I'll give you good memories to fill up those tears. I promise, love." Taehyung said with tears glistening in his eyes and saw Jungkook in the same state. 

"All what matters is that we met again."

I'm so sorry it took more time than necessary. At first I was relaxing after a stressful exam and second I was emotionally-- um, down and unavailable? I wanted to update, I tried to write on time but... yh, sorry. I'm usually punctual but... I'm just so sorry. 

Sorry for the crappy chapter too. Like I said, I'm not in the best state. :) And obviously not in a mood to write.
