Chapter Twenty

•Luke's P.O.V.•

I miss Ashlyn so much. The boys told me that every Wednesday they Skype Ashlyn. I would join the boys but, I don't think Ashlyn would want to speak to me right now. And frankly, I don't want to speak to her either.

So when the boys came into my room telling me that they were about to skype Ashlyn, I refused saying, "I don't want to see her." Which is partly true, she could've talked with me before she broke up with me.

I was in the tv room in our tour bus, playing on the Xbox, the boys were in the kitchen.

After about 5 minutes pass, I figured they hung up, and walked out, but when I opened the kitchen door, they were still on. They didn't notice me. I was at a angle where I could see Ashlyn but she couldn't see me. I took in her appearance, she was wearing the jacket I left at her house when we were playing football and leggings. She was sitting on her bed with her legs crossed.

"Hey Guys, w-where's Luke?" She said quietly. My eyes widened and I turned behind the corner so the guys couldn't see me.

"He's in the back. Refuses to come out." Calum said. I groaned silently. Don't tell her that.

"Says he doesn't want to see you." Michael added. I closed my eyes leaning my head on the wall.

"God I'm such a fuck up!" She groaned. I sigh, walking back to the tv room and slamming the door. I flopped on to the couch and hugged the penguin stuffed animal she got me for my birthday last year.

Not even a minute passed when Calum yelled, "Rise and shine big guy, we have a meeting."

I groaned and rolled over. "Be right there!"

I dressed in the usual, sliding my phone into my back pocket. I glanced in the mirror and fixed my hair a bit. Looking at myself for a few more seconds I walk out and leave the tour bus, where the guys are waiting for me.

"Hey, we know you listened in on the Skype call." Ashton says.

"Yeah, whatever." I say, pushing past them. Calum grabbed my arm though, and pulled me back.

"Come on Luke, it's about time you get over her." Calum said.

"I'll never get over her." I yell, successfully pushing past them and to our waiting driver.

"Just call her!" Ashton says as I walk away.

I thought about calling her the whole way to the studios. She won't answer, I would just have to leave her a voice mail. That's not that hard at all. So when we arrived, I rushed to the bathroom and pressed her contact.

5 rings and she declined. I let out a breathe of relief and left a voicemail ; "Hey Ashlyn, uhh, I just wanted to see how you're doing and all, call me back, I lov- uh bye." My eyes widened and I turned my phone off right as Ashton walked in.

"Come on Luke, they're waiting for you." He said.

"Sorry, I just had to pee." I replied, as I followed him out and into the office. Our manager and record label were sitting down at this huge table.

"Hey Luke." Adam said.

"Hey Adam." I replied, sitting down.

"We've been meaning to talk to you and only you, about this Ashlyn girl. So, Ashton, Calum, Michael, you may be excused." Adam explained. How he called her "this Ashlyn girl" pissed me off, and I was so ready for a fight.

When the boys left the room I said, "What about her?"

"You are never allowed to speak to her again." He said. I sat in shock.

"Why the fuck not?" I began to raise my voice.

"She's ruining you're fame Luke! Don't you see?" Adam shouted.

"You know what? Fuck this! Ashlyn is the girl I love and you, or any body cannot tell me that I can't talk to her. Fuck you Adam!" I stormed out, slamming the door behind me. The guys were standing outside the door in shock. I know that they wanted to say something but I was too pissed to talk. I just left the building and waited for the boys to follow.

Adam cannot and will not tell me that I can't see my baby girl again. That is fucking bullshit.

Ashlyn

"He really said that?"

"Yeah, and he was so pissed."

"Wow. Are you positive he said he loved me?"

"1000 percent."

"I'm so shocked."

"We were too. Listen, Ashlyn, I got to go, I miss you!"

"I miss you too!"

"Bye!"

"Bye." I turned my phone off and looked at my friends.

"What the fuck just happened Ash?" Loran shouted, with wide eyes.

"I honestly don't know."

"We heard every part of it. I can't believe Luke did that!" Kat said.

"I can't either." When Ashton called me and told me everything, I didn't believe it. But, now that I actually processed everything, I'm amazed.

2 months to go, and I can't wait.
