Chapter Three

•Loran's P.O.V.•

I just hung up on the phone with Ashlyn. I rushed back to my seat and sat down.

"Good. I was worried you ran away too." Ashton said.

"I was actually just talking to Ashlyn-" He cut me off;

"Oh my gosh! Thank god. Is she alright? Where is she? Are the boys with her? Is she hurt?" Ashton blabbered on until I stopped him.

"Ashton, she's alright. Yes she is with the boys at Liz's house. She made French Toast for the family. Unhurt. Why does this topic get you so worried?" I asked him, wondering why the topic of his missing sister gets him so crazy.

"Well.. Um.." He bit his lip seeming worried to tell me.

"You can tell me Ashton." I told him.

"Ok... well, back when I was three or four, and when Ashlyn was Two, our dad got really drunk one night, and started to abuse my sister, real bad. She almost died and I couldn't do anything about it. My mom was out with her friends while Ashlyn just lied on the floor, bloody and unconscious. I still remember every detail like it was yesterday." He looked as if this one event broke him. It was heart breaking for me. Why hadn't Ashlyn ever told me? Maybe it's private?

"I think we should be going now Ashton." I told him softly, grabbing his hand and pulling him out of the booth. He handed the waiter cash then walked out with me.

•Ashton's P.O.V.•

I hated having Loran see me like this. It's the girl supposed to cry on the boy, not the other way around. We walked out of the restaurant. I forgot about the memory by the time we got into the car, but it'll come back. I honestly don't even know why I told her. No one knows now except me, Ashlyn, and her.

•Luke's P.O.V.•

After we were done with the call, Mikey suggested a few things.

"Since it came out, I've wanted to see If I Stay!" He tells us. It came out a week ago.

"Me too!" Ashlyn smiled and looked at me, her gorgeous brown hair falling in her face.

"I'll go." I said, wanting to make Ashlyn happy, it was totally a girl thing though.

"Count us in!" Ben and Jack said. "We're big romance fans!"

"Calum?" Everyone was nervous for his answer.

"We're going!" Calum cheered, clapping his hands.

"Wait! Ashton wants to see it to! I'll ask him if Loran and him want to tag along." Ashlyn seemed pretty excited. It was really adorable.

•Ashlyn's P.O.V•

Ring Ring Ring

"Hello?" Ashton said on the other end.

"Hey! Oh my gosh! We're going to see If I Stay and wanted to know if you and Loran wanted to tag along!" I was pretty excited about this, I don't know why.

"Yeah hold on." I heard muffling noises and then faint talking in the background. "Okay we'll be at the theaters in ten." Ashton said.

"Great! Alright. Love you."

"Love you too!" Ashton replied.

"Okay, Bye." I said quickly.

"Bye." He hung up.

"Alright everyone head to the van! Let's go!" I said pointing to the door. The boys rushed out, leaving me last.

"Have fun!" Liz said. I wonder where she came from.
