Chapter One

•Ashlyn's P.O.V.•
Flashback*
The boys had just got back from their first tour. they had been gone for over a year! I lived with Loran because, well, that's another story that you'll learn later on. Me and Loran are currently waiting in the airport for the boys to come out.

First comes out Calum, to whom I run up and hug tightly. Next, came Michael, which I did the same to Calum as I did to him. Then, came Ashton. I started sobbing and ran up to him, throwing myself around him and attaching my legs to his waist. He dropped all his luggage and wrapped his humongous arms around me.

"God, I missed you." He whispered into my hair. I could tell he was crying as well.

"I missed you too. More than you could ever imagine." He smiled and I jumped off of him. I looked around us and saw Luke standing awkwardly off to the side. I missed him as much as I missed Ashton. Luke's my second half. Well, boy half. You could say that Loran is my third half.

I chuckled and ran to Luke. Due to the height difference, I had to jump to hug him, so I wrapped my arms around his neck and did not let go. My feet were dangling off the ground, so Luke wrapped his arms around my waist.

"I missed you a lot Lukey." I said, sniffling. These were the moments that were the best in my life.

"Not as much as i've missed you."

That was the moment I realized I had feelings for Luke Hemmings.

"Ashlyn Elizabeth Irwin, your brother is so fucking hot. I swear to god, he's probably hotter than Zac Efron." Loran is a huge 5SOS fan. I'm stuck with Ashton though, Loran's late night booty call. Everyone notices their attractions towards each other.

"Loran, I swear, you say that every single day." I mutter loud enough so she could hear.

"That's because it gets more true every day." She sighed dreamily. "Ashton." Her eyelids flutter every time she says Ashton.

"You know, Ashton really likes you. I even bet he has a picture of you under his pillow." Loran has silver eyes with blonde hair. She's beautiful. I have
brown eyes with brown hair
"No." She says blushing violently.

Loran is absolutely my favorite girl. She gets me, I get her. Loran and I were going out with the band members today. What she didn't know though, was that the band and I were ditching her and Ashton. They finally get to be alone!

"Oh my gosh!" Loran cried pulling out some items from my closet. "You're so wearing this!" She held up a shirt and skirt combo. The skirt was a red skirt with white polkadots, and the shirt was a black blouse tucked into the skirt. She also pulled out white sandals, a white headband, and my white hoop earrings. She was wearing a flowy black crop top with a white maxi skirt and flats. "I'm gonna do your hair and makeup and then you'll be gorgeous." She said.

I really wanted Ashton and Loran to match, so I compromised.

"Alright. Hold on I'll be back." I run out of my room, dashing into Ashton's room. He was pulling through his clothes, picking out what to wear. I was still in my pajamas, not letting Loran start on me yet.

"Oh hey Ashley." He said. I really wanted Ashton and Loran to match outfit wise. So I'm picking out Ashes outfit.

"I really want you to wear something certain. Please let me pick out your outfit. Please!" I begged.

"Why?" Ashton asked, rubbing the stubble on his chin.

"Because just let me. Oh and by the way, do not shave the stubble it makes you look nice." I slapped his left cheek playfully, running to his closet. I knew what I wanted already. I got black skinny jeans and a plain white shirt that showed his muscles. Trust me, he has huge muscles. I also got his black vans.

"Put this on. Love ya." I kissed his cheek, handing him his clothes and running back to my room.

"Okay. Now, Loran, work your magic on me." I smiled, throwing on my clothes and sitting down in the "makeup chair" or as I like to call it, my desk chair.

In at least thirty minutes, I was perfected up. My hair was down, framing my face, I had two necklaces and one bracelet on. Finally, I had gentle makeup applied.

"Wow Ashlyn, you look gorgeous." She smiled at her work.

"Alright. Enough staring. We got to go. Ashton probably left an hour ago." I threw on my sandals that Loran picked out, picked up my white clutch, and we hopped into my car, driving off. The boys and us were meeting at Panera Bread, Loran and mine's personal favorite. We got to pick the restaurant this time since the boys picked last time; Nando's.

We arrived twenty minutes late.

"We've been waiting!" Mikey screamed.

"Yeah where were you guys!" Calum pouted.

"Hello. Notice the appearance of Ashlyn. That took like.. a hour!" Loran whined, certainly seeking for compliments of her work on me.

"Also notice the matching going on between these lovebirds! Thanks to me!" I pointed at Loran and Ashton. They looked at each other and stared down at their outfits.

"Ashlyn Elizabeth! You picked this outfit out!" Ashton cried out, setting his head in his hands.

"Aww.." Luke tried to comfort Ashton, but with his complete awkwardness, he failed.

Loran ended up sitting in between Mikey and Ashton, leaving me sitting in between Luke and Calum.

"Nice job Ashy." Luke said aloud.

"Yeah. Fabulous job!" Mikey screeched, making the table erupt with laughter.

"Thanks." I applauded myself.

"By the way, Loran did a nice job on you, you look nice." Luke complimented me.

"You guys are uber cute!" Calum cheered. We both blushed.

"Loran you look beautiful." Ashton said across the table. Everyone awed. Leaving Ashton and Loran in a pile of red cheeks.

We continued on with our plan.

"I have to use the restroom." I announced getting up and leaving. I waited in the hall between the boys and girls doors. Soon enough, Luke then Calum, then Mikey arrived.

"Alright guys. We're going to sprint for the door... NOW!" We all ran towards the door, everyone hopping into Michaels van.

"Yay! Good job ladies. Nice work." I applauded them, purposely using the term "Ladies."

Michael sped off. "Where to?" Michael asked.

"Liz's house!" I cheered, really wanting to be at the Hemmings household. Everyone was so nice. Plus, I was starving and she is an amazing cook.

All the boys gave me blank stares.

"What? I'm starving."

"LETS GO!" All the boys shouted. Realizing that Liz could cook.
