Sunny's POV:
Basil looked really embarrassed, his face was all red, I could see that he felt bad for not making dinner.
"It's okay! I'll help you make dinner" I said as a way too cheer him up.
"U-uh, no! It's fine! Y-your a guest and I don't want to make you help me, heh.." Basil said in a nervous tone. Something was wrong, I could tell. I stopped walking for a second to get him to turn around and face me.
"Basil, I'm not a guest, I'm you're friend, let me help make dinner, it'll be more fun if we do it together!" I said in a reassuring tone to help Basil feel better. Basil smiled and looked back at me, I blushed a little.
"Okay, then, as long as I'm not forcing you too, but I'll be the one cutting vegetables, I'm worried about you using a knife with only one eye." Basil responded.
"Haha, that sounds fair" I said as we started walking again.
he seemed less nervous now, we continued walking down the block, until we reached Basil's house.

No one's POV:
Basil opened the door and the two of them walked in. Sunny set his stuff down on the Couch as Basil hanged (you get the joke) their coats up on the coat racket. Basil walked over to the fridge to look for ingredients.
"So what are we making, Basil?" Sunny asked
"We have some uncooked pasta, So how about we make spaghetti with sauce?" Basil replied.
"Okay, so where do we start?

Kel's POV:
"Honey, could you please take entertain Sally while I finish cooking dinner?"
"Yes, mom" I responded.
"So, what do you wanna play Sally?" I said with a big smile. She just smiled back and laughed. We started playing peek-a-boo when a sudden knock came on the door.
"Kel! Would you please answer the door for me?" My mother said as I paused to hear what she said.
"Okay!" I said as I got up to answer the door, when I opened it I was surprised to see,
"Aubrey?" I said as I opened the door to see who was there.
"My mom locked me out of the house, and Basil's house is farther away from here." Aubrey said, I could tell that they were used to it by now.
"I'm sorry to hear that dear, you can stay here for a while if you like, how about you join us for dinner?" My mother said.
"U-uh no it's fine-"
"Okay!" I said while cutting off Aubrey. She gave me an surprised look as I grabbed her hand and dragged them to the living room, Aubrey looked a little embarrassed as I continued to play peek-a-boo with Sally.
"So, has this happened before?" I said as I tuned my head to face Aubrey.
"It's happens 2-3 times a month, usually I just climb through my moms bedroom window. But it somehow shattered recently, so I'll cut myself if I try to climb through" Aubrey said.
"Also, just wondering......do you have any bandages?" Aubrey asked.
"Oh yeah! We keep them in the bathroom in case you need any!"I responded, not stopping to realize what she meant.
"Oh, okay!" Aubrey said as they sat up and walked away. I resumed playing peek-a-boo with Sally. Five minutes later, I was started in to get worried, I stoped to think, now I realized what was happening. I quickly sat up and walked to the bathroom, I knocked on the bathroom door.
"Ouch!" I heard Aubrey say from the other side of the door.
"Aubrey are you okay?" I asked as I opened the bathroom door. I saw Aubrey's face in the mirror with tears in her eyes, she turned around to look at me, her eyes filled with fear.
"Aubrey are you okay!?" I said as I ran up to Aubrey to see if she was okay. I looked down at her arm to see a deep cut in her right arm. She was trying to cover it up with her uniform sleeve.
"Here, let me help you treat it" I said. I washed her cut in the sink and then applied some disinfectant to stop it from getting infected.
"How did this happen?" I said while helping bandage her cut.
"When I was trying to climb through the window, I fell onto the glass and cut my arm really deep, I didn't know what to do so I just covered it up and walked over to your house because it was the closest." Aubrey said as I finished bandaging it up.
"Does that feel better?" I asked.
"Y-yeah, thank you" Aubrey said. That was the first time I had ever heard Aubrey say "thank you" to me, I was surprised but happy. I smiled and gave Aubrey a big hug. Aubrey seemed very surprised.
"No problem! the skills my brother taught me about taking care of cuts finally went to use!" I said as I let go of Aubrey.
"O-okay , now let's get back to your little sister" Aubrey replied.
"Yeah!" I said, happy that Aubrey felt better now.
