Y/n pov

Today was the day when I would officially be announced as the 8th member of BTS, I was so excited, it would be announced in the concert today after the last song, then I will perform my song 'solo'.

(FYI solo is actually by Jennie, but this is a ff so it doesn't matter we can pretend it's y/n's song)

Author pov

Everyone was sat downstairs in the living room watching tv, when y/n walked into the room with her gummy smile plastered on her face. She was wearing cargo pants and the jumper that she stole off V.
V : yaaaa when are you gonna give that back, huh?
Y/n : never. It's too cosy
Rm : y/n, it's your big day today!!
Jin : we need to celebrate with food
Jungkook: party party yeah!
V snickered at his response
Jimin : guys can someone help me with my phone I really think it's broken
Y/n : yaaa it's been broken for 3 weeks now! Haven't you gone to the shops to fix it or something?
Suga : I have another one
Jimin : thank you
Suga : I didn't say you could use it
Jimin : pleaseee
Suga : no
Jhope : y/n you might wanna get practicing for your first performance
Jin : yea armies will be watching you if you make any mistakes
Jhope nodded
Y/n : thanks for telling me that guys I'm definitely not nervous now 😑
V : you're lucky you've only got one song to practice dancing to
Y/n : ye you got like 19 songs to do 😈
V : yaaahhhh you're making me nervous now 😒
Y/n : whatever I'm going to practice, whoever wants to see my beautiful dance moves can come

Y/n pov

I walked out of the room and into the dance studio and took of the jumper, showing my crop top underneath. I also took off my arm sling because I can move it freely for an amount of time without it getting tired. I was only joking when I said if someone wants to watch my dancing but I guess they took it seriously because the maknae line were stood there waiting for me to dance. I pretended that I didn't see them and put my song solo on to dance to. When the song turned on my mood went into the song and I forgot they were watching me.

Jungkook pov

Me, V and Jimin were watching Y/n's choreography, I don't think she noticed that we were there. She was like an angel in disguise. Her every move was like a swan. I wanted to carry on watching her but, a few minutes later, the song ended.

Author pov

When the song ended they started clapping, and because y/n forgot they were there, she jumped back, frightened.
Y/n : ya you scared me
Jimin : that was good dancing, y/n
V : y/n, do you need help to put your sling back on
Y/n : no I can do it myself
Y/n tried but kept failing to put it back on
Jungkook: ya come here you obviously need help
Y/n : fine
Jungkook helped y/n put her sling back on but his fingers lightly touched the back of y/n's neck while doing so. Y/n flinched.
Jungkook, while scratching the back of his neck : sorry
He had a bunny smile on his face
Y/n : it's not like it hurt, your hands are just cold
The whole time jimin and v were watching, with grins on their faces

Later that day

Jimin : omo, did you see them
V : yesss I ship them
Jimin : I bet you that they'll get together in about 5 months
V : get your coins, out I think within 2 months
Jimin and v : Deal. They shook hands, their bet is on.

Rm : guys we're running late the concerts in only five hours
Suga : come on everyone, I don't want my cousin to miss her big day

They all get in the car and drive to some place do do the concert

Random fan pov (a perverted man)

I was walking into the bts concert, when I saw an unfamiliar girl with bts who had a mask and cap on. I was really curious so I followed them until there were guards. I told the guards that there was a man with a gun, and pointed in a direction which made them run to the place. I quickly caught up to the girl and followed her to see her go into a changing room. I went in.
